Worth trying HGH with IGF-1 at 205?
ad
M 48. 185lb. 13% BF. Lifelong athlete.
I've been struggling with low test symptoms for at least 10 years now. Also struggling with sleep for about the same time.
I suffer from periodic limb movement disorder/restless leg syndrome and have avoided exogenous test as I'd like to get me sleep dialed first. Chicken or the egg?
Just now finally getting somewhere with a doc for my sleep. About tot start Baclofen for my PLMD.
I've tried some HGH agonist peptides for sleep with no luck(tesamorein/sermorelin/ipamorelin)
Now I'm considering trying real HGH for sleep as well as other desired effects.
My current natural IGF-1 level is 205ng/ml. Relatively hight on the reference range.
So is it worth trying with this relatively high IGF?
Thanks guys!

Here’s to you getting some TRT!
Man having low test sucks… the months I spent of having my endo trying to restart me before giving in to TRT sucked for me. I can’t imagine 10 years. Do you know what your levels are like?
I personally do sleep better even on smaller GH doses.
Herein lies the problem... though I have ALL the symptoms, I don't have particularly low total T numbers. Free T is low. FSH & LH are High. SHBG is normal. I'm kind of all over the place.
Total T - 500 ng/dl, Free T - 8.6 pg/ml, FSH - 126 mlU/ml, LH - 10.6mIU/ml
Trt yet??
Not yet. Waiting at the request of my sleep neurologist to get this shit figured out. I'm ready and looking forward to finally getting on some gear.
All the hormones keep us balanced. Good deal with sleep dr. Hope it goes well
HGH will do trick but I really like MK677 I feel it in 2 days and wonderful for my sleep. I close my eyes at night and I’m out. Dream every night and wake up with no sluggishness.
Sounds great! Just ordered some up. Thanks!
I've been taking my GH shot before bed for years, you'll notice better sleep within the first few days. I did. Still have amazing sleep. The more I take the better I sleep.
Have u have mk677 a shot. That makes me sleep
Haven't tried it. Will put it on the list. Thanks.
