To T4 or not to T4??!!??

ad

Hey wise brothers (and sisters) of eroids - I'm getting some mixed info on using T4 with hgh. Hoping you might be able to share some experience.

Let's say someone was running HGH at 4 i.u. per day for approx a year. The 'old school' approach seems to be that T4 is critical for optimal efficiency of the HGH.

However, I'm hearing more recent info, and a lot of anecdotal info that says T4 is not necessary unless you have low thyroid. I'm loathe to take thyroid meds period - and generally like to take as few compounds as possible.

What say you? T4 necessary, or no?

I understand that T4 will cut bodyfat - but it does that with or without HGH - I'm trying to determine if there is a compelling reason to add this into the mix.

Get a thyroid panel done after doing a dose of 3IU's or more for several weeks to a couple months. If your T4 is low...think about supplementing. Typically it seems that if you are younger and typically lean with a good diet and exercise program, then your thyroid is perfectly healthy, GH or not. I have T4 on hand, but I never took it...YET. Don't need it, but getting a panel done in a week, so we'll see again!

Amen - thanks!

You don't need the t4 unless your running high doses of growth.
from my personal experience I figured I needed t4 when I was on growth a few months ago. Well it wasn't necessary and it was doing more harm than good. I felt like shit. I posted about what I was doing on here and was told to stop it. So I did. T4 is a very strong compound and can fuck your thyroid up forever. So stay away from it.

Thanks for sharing your experience, bro - that's exactly what I was concerned about -

Absolutely - live in the middle of bumf**ck so it's not as easy to get bloodwork done ... but looks like a road trip may be in order. Thanks!

Well, I just searched using some different parameters and lo and behold, there is a Quest - so I'm off to get bloodwork!
