HGH used for a bridge?
ad
I know this topic has been discussed on different sites, but I wanted to know if anyone has used hgh as a bridge between cycles. did it aid in recovery? how would u say it helped keep the gains made from your cycle? should HGH only be used at certain ages?

Is it best to wait till your older to use hgh?
yes and no. I've spent some time researching this.
Basically young children and teens is the age where HGH is naturally the highest, which is equivalent to 2-3IU per day (of pharma HGH) and it can be higher during certain growth spurts but 2-3iu is the normal for children and teens at their max.
Adults naturally produce 1-2iu's a day (pharma hgh) it gets lower the older you get
So if you do it you'd need to go higher than 3iu to see decent effects otherwise you'd just be replacing what your body naturally produces and suppressing your hgh production
You can definitely still use HGH after an AAS cycle or alone.
I do think it works best though in a high anabolic environment.
It is exactly what I am doing. I am holding onto muscle and shredding body fat like crazy.
x2. Go with pharma HGH and do ur body a favor.

Perfect for PCT or bridging
WeatherwedA good bridge compound doesn't suppress your bodies ability to recover from your cycle. HGH certainly fits that category.
The age question is a matter of opinion. IMO I think HGH should be used @ age 30+, or if the athlete is a serious competitor that would benefit from hgh 25+. However, you will find that the deciding factor is typically economic rather than age related.
