What time of the day do you Bros pin your HGH? Do you think timing matters?

I have done it in the morning but depending on your blood sugar and especially low blood sugar HGH can and or will make it even lower, and hope and prey it is not insulin... The pharma information recommends 1 to 2 hours before bed time. The half life of growth hormone is very short And the pharma pros must have done studies to show best results right before bedtime. Depending on your motivation and strength in the morning and or pre workout products, GH can make you tired and loopy at times dose dependent. In my experience. Doing this at night and also your natural GH is supposed to be best released at night naturally i have never heard of GH suppression. Maybe the info has changed.. I do not know why GH is prescribed for very limited and rare illnesses and issues. I was thinking maybe Insurance will not pay for GH as something listed as cosmetic or not needed? But look at Botox. Say you have a headache and there goes Botox for you. GH pharma companies must have known or did research and financial predictions that GH would make them millions of dollars for such a tiny amount of disorders. It is almost as if they knew a safe product must be made when some people were getting sick and dying using real dead bodies pituitary glands. I do not know how they used it, ate it, injected it, dried it and sniffed it but it was being done. Pharma saw a future big real huge $$ need and invested and predicted a winner. The pharma companies lose millions on so many drugs and such that never come to market so this sort of makes sense in my opinion.

Fasted. Yes timing matters to optimize fat loss with it.

I think you are kind of missing out on one of the biggest benefits of the HGH which is fatloss. That fat loss is optimized in a fasted state since it mobilizes the fatty acids to use for fuel when fasted. This is it is often recommended to take it first thing in the morning when you wake up. Give it an hour or so to work then have your meal. Timing it like this shouldn't affect your bulk. I also think when bulking that consuming your carbs about an hour or so after taking your GH shot is going to help optimize the effects. Timing carbs like this will help your insulin peak about the same time as your GH peak which should, in theory, optimize your IGF levels. Kind of broscience there but I think it has some merit. So you still should be able to pound the carbs during your bulk and optimize the fat loss effects of GH.

Now to more directly answer your question if you are not worried about optimally timing it for fatloss. Pinning the HGH whenever is still going to have some direct effects on your metabolism, no matter if it is pinned with carbs or not. It is still going to cause a release of glucose and fatty acids, i.e. raise your metabolism. So even with carbs it is still boosting your metabolism, albeit not to the same degree when fasted. Just the nature of GH so it boosts metabolism whether fasted or not. So don't lose any sleep because you are not pinning it totally fasted. The other effect of GH, whether fasted or not, is that it has a direct effect on nitrogen balance which is totally independent of the IGF pathway. Improved nitro balance means more anabolism.

I think we all can also agree that GH administration results in better skin, hair and sleep regardless if fasted or not. Fountain of youth I guess. Main thing is just take it whenever it is most convenient for you and not stress over it because it will still benefit you.

There are a lot of posts already on this topic that you can refer to on this subject. That being said I like to take mine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach before my fasted cardio.
