HGH levels, 30 years old
ad
So I started Pref Syn Tropin about a week ago 2iu and will be posting bloods on them soon. I went ahead a got my natural GH levels tested before I started and My results were less than 0.1%.
Is that normal for a 30 year old male? if not what would be on the high side? I did just come off a cycle a month 1/2 ago, but I don't think that would make a difference with GH levels?

WithdrawlYour body produces HGH in pulses. Your biggest pulse is at night when you're in deep sleep (a few hours after you fall asleep I believe). At other times during the day or night it can be absolutely zero. That's why measuring your hgh level isn't an indicator of what it really is. You'd want to test it during the peaks of your pulses, and not just any random time, which is hard to do. That's why you check IGF-1 levels. You're IGF-1 is an indicator of how healthy your HGH pulses are, and also a good way to measure the effectiveness of any HGH you may be injecting. When you inject HGH it takes a good month for your IGF-1 levels to peak so you'd wait a bit to check it. That's why it's a good idea to get your baseline IGF-1 levels before using HGH so you have something to compare your elevated levels too and be able to see how effective your HGH is.
Ur supposed to check ur IGF1 levels that's what the HRT docs do
