Hi

I have been on HGH for a few months now, I was stupid and did not do my blood tests prior to starting.

I decided to do my blood test for IGF-1, Testosterone and GH.

They came back as follows,

IGF-1: 30.7 nmoL/L - Range 10.5-32
Testosterone: 34.5 nmoL/L Range 7.6-31.4
GH: 0.5 ug/L - Up to 2.5

I am 37 years old

My IGF-1 level seems high, and at the top end of the range. I am not sure if this is down to me taking GH, but it could mean that its high due to me taking it. Its not over or under, which I guess is healthy in regards to not needing to take insulin?

My testosterone level is slightly over, I am guessing thats down to a high natural production. If I wanted to boost it up to build muscle, would you say getting it to around 50 would be ok? And take 1ml per week? When coming of test, would it affect my natural production at this low amount per week?

My GH level seems low, I was expecting it to go through the roof, but I have been told when taking GH, it lowers your natural production? And when I come off, it will go back up after a few months? Is that the case?

Any other help, advice or ways of translating these results would be great
