+ 1 HGH Dosing and Cycles
Hey guys,
I don't have a lot of experience with HGH, but I am going to do a short cycle to see what kind of results I can get and how I feel about it. I did do a low-dose cycle some years ago, although my training and diet were not on the level they are at today. However at around 2 IU's a day, 4 days a week, for 6 weeks, I definitely noticed some fat loss, increased energy, and a better sense of overall vitality. Only 'side effect' was feeling very sleepy after lunch every day.
The question for the new cycle is this: I have 100 IU's of UGL Somatropin, and I am wondering which dosing strategy would yield the best results. I will run a 5 on/2 off weekly cycle in any case, but either at 4 IU's for 4 weeks, 3 IU's for 6 weeks, or 2 IU's for 8 weeks.
I am about half way through a bulking cycle running low/moderate doses of Test, Deca, and Boldenone, and the required calorie surplus is starting to show around my waist --. My plan is to add the GH for the latter portion of the cycle - to increase lean gains and minimise fat gain as the intensity of my training plan really ramps up.
What dosing schedule would you recommend, and why?

Well thanks for the advice everyone.
Most of the HGH I got was received as part of a promo, but I will definitely up the dose and buy some more to extend the cycle a bit longer to make the most of what I already have, as the consensus seems to be that it would otherwise be a waste of gear.
In any case, I started with 2 IU's a day for the first 2 weeks - noticed better sleep, intense dreams, and a little more energy, though I was also plagued by bouts of daytime drowsiness for the first week or so.
Once I felt stable, I then bumped it up to 2.5 IU's a day, and the difference was immediately noticeable - energy, strength, and stamina increased rapidly, along with my metabolism in general. However the sides are also becoming really apparent too - I am getting a lot of bloating, carpel tunnel symptoms, and some aches and pains. Not so much joint pain, but the recurrence of tendon and nerve pains that hadn't bothered me in a long time. Perhaps this is related to the GH, perhaps not.
Suffice to say I will stay on this dose until I feel stable and adjusted to it, and take it from there.
basskiller88I used peptides with nuts results a few years ago, I wouldn’t buy HGH at the current prices just me
TricepatopsWasting money with this short of GH dosing. Need around 6 months if doing that low of IUs
I recommend start off 2ui a day and increasing dose every 15 days. Long term gh cycle work, not short periods.

@Makwa has diet forums posted to assist you there.
bighulk3012HGH needs to be a long term commitment, it really shines around 6 months.
You pin HGH 7 days a week. None of this 5 on 2 off BS. It needs to be ran for months at a time. It is not a short term investment.
Ok, thanks.
Why is it such a common recommendation to have off days then? Even some of the mainstream medical use guidance recommends having one day off a week.
I’m not arguing with you, just curious.
As for the length of the cycle needing to be longer, this much I can understand, as it makes sense that any gains will take time to establish and will not last unless they can be held for a while.
