HGH and Degenerative Spinal Disease

ad

Opinions on HGH and spine/back problems. Could/would it help with healing spinal stenosis, and bulging discs?

Hitman1992's picture

No it will not help or make the pain go away
You have to see a doctor and he will decide what’s best for you

I'm dealing with bulging/herniated disc in my lower and mid back also bro.

Unfortunately HGH is a no-go, Surgery is the option if its severe enough . Beyond that there are Chiropractors of course and yes they do help , also stretching helps and I have been looking into yoga it seems to be promising . I recently also purchased a "Tens Unit" its electrical stimulation therapy for the muscles surrounding the bulge .

Hgh will not help disc degeneration.
Look into a reverse hyperextension machine if it’s a disk in your lower back, this may help.

I don't think HGH would be of much use in this scenario.

You really should go to a doctor. If there is an autoimmune component to it, GH would perhaps even accelerate it as IGF1 strongly stimulates immunity which could be bad in your case

I believe corrective surgery is the only fix for bulging disks.
The pain associated with it is typically just managed, which is a bad option.

That's where I am at, pain management for last two years. My condition has only worsened. Can't surf, lift, run. hoop, or even ride a bicycle hardly.

Surgery isn’t an option?
