interesting so I can eat right after AM inject weather it be egg and oatmeal or pancakes lol.
Doesn't matter. HGH is naturally secreted in the body at times of carb depletion. We are not talking about naturally produced HGH but exogenously introduced HGH, of which, carbohydrate intake makes no impact.
Not sure about that I've read a lot about sugar after hgh or before is capable of causing diabetes and sugar also kills hgh so to speak , not saying I believe everything I read but there are definitely tons of articles on that out there........
He's correct, carbs have no impact on exogenous hgh. If you were stimulating your body to release natural gh with something likd ghrp etc then you'd have to stay away from the carbs as they will blunt the natural release.
Why did you ask the question if you're arguing the answer?
You should specify your question. Simple carbs/sugar there are certain times for. The diabetes argument comes from igf needing to bind to insulin so that leaves your body with less insulin to shuttle the nutrients, possibly causing diabetes, but mostly if you're predisposed to diabetes/doing high amount of gh
EldermuscleYeah it doesn't matter with exogenous hgh, just when using peps for increasing natural gh pulses.
Just keep levels consistent, I pin every 6 hours in small doses, about 1iu of pharma 3 times a day, pinning around a high carb meal would mean more of your bodies insulin in mixing with that hgh and creating IGF in the liver
I'm dropping a deuce
It doesn't matter, it matters with peptides not exogenous hgh
