Bac water is outlawed in the UK? Why is it impossible to source?

I have been trying to find a proper source of bac water for HGH reconstitution and it is ridiculously impossible to find!
About 5 years ago it was abundant everywhere but now the search engine seems to be strongly against shopping for medicines.
I have ordered from two suppliers costing me £20 each, and both sources gone silent on me after payment so not sure whether to be confident of its arrival.
I have some dry HGH but can't shoot it til I get something to dilute it with, what do other British peptide users do in this situation? Brew our own?

Hi, I know several buddies of mine that reconstitute with liquid vitamin B12. The advantage of BAC water is that the reconstituted HGH will last in the refrigerator for two - three weeks. If you are using the product faster than that rate, then using vitamin B12 will be fine. As BlackSam mentioned, you can use sterile water too. Personally, I use 1cc of BAC water and the 12iu vials are gone in six days.

Sterile water works fine too if you have any better luck looking for that...can probably find that at a local drug store
