Alcohol gut and Hgh
I am going to be open and honest here, and I hope I don't catch a bunch of criticism. I'm here for a reason. I am 30 years old now and have been an alcoholic for the past 10 years. I've been sober for 7 months now and I feel great! I am ready to get back in the condition I was in my teens and early 20's before I started drinking daily. I used to competitively speed skate on ice and rink, so I was always very lean and very low body fat. I started drinking and gave it all up. I weighed 140-150 pounds and was always in great shape. I'm 30 now and am trying to get my life back and my appearance and health are next on my agenda. I'm the type where I only gain weight in two spots...my stomach and face/neck. I know that cardio is the way to go and watch my diet....but I also figured growth would help the process. I have been using legit stuff for two weeks (4iu daily) but I admit I haven't excercised like I should have....so I haven't seen any results yet. My goals are to loose 20-25 pounds in the stomach and just firm up. I know hgh isn't a miracle drug, but it can't hurt for what I'm trying to accomplish? I am an advid golfer and am going to start walking rather than riding....but my main questions would be how to get back in shape, I haven't been to the gym in 9 years and am a bit intimidated and don't really have a plan. I looked for something similarl on here already and couldn't find anything. Most everyone on here is further along then what I'm trying to do.
Goal: loose 20-25 pounds
Question: workout plan for someone whose completely out of shape currently, and dosage of h while on the protocol.
Thanks in advance!

HGH can definitely help you but the 1st thing to focus on is DIET.
If your diet is not right your not going to reap the full benefits of HGH.
Obviously you also need to start training on a regular basis as well.
All just parts of a big puzzle.
Wanted to let you guys know, i signed up with local gym and prepaid for 15 months and 15 personal training sessions. I had my first workout yesterday and boy and I'm sore this morning. I see the eating habits are going to be my most difficult to kick. I can take the pain and am dedicated.
I discontinued the growth until yesterday...because I might as well been pissing it down the drain without any proper plan and any physical activity. With that being said at 4ius a day I was feeling bloated.....however at that time I wasn't doing any workouts. I am now.... what would be a proper dose and should I go everyday...5days on 2 off or what?
Thanks again for the kick in the ass. I decided really quick. If I could go through the withdrawals cold turkey from alcohol.... this is a cake walk!
Thanks for the support 333 and the responses from all....I was just thinking about it. If I can quit drinking cold turkey and go through pure hell on earth withdrawls for 8 weeks straight...I sure the hell can make it to the gym 3 times a week after work. I am in this routine like I was before and I've just got to add the gym into the routine. I just need to know what workouts routines to start out with and when to progress.
I was looking for some type of validation on using the growth... I have bought between a 5-6 month supply and there is no since in waisting it. I'm only going to use it as I begin to workout which I am going to start this week. I just need an excercise routine/schedule for my level.
My current diet is this.... I don't eat breakfast, I usually have jersey mikes sub/chips or burger and fries for lunch and a steak/potato guy for dinner. I have started eating/craving sugar more when I quit drinking....which is very normal....but I'm eating less candy than I was and that seems to be subsiding.
I would like to say congrats on quiting drinking man keep it up that's the only advice I have if you just quit drinking the fat face and gut will disappear soon enough
Not trying to be a dick here, but you remind me of my brother-in-law. He will try anything possible to lose weight rather than go to the gym and and make long-term changes to his dietary habits. Basically, there is no quick fix and HGH is only going to rape your wallet. I recently had surgery and took gh to help with recovery--my diet hasn't been great, I've been eating more calories than I have been burning--and guess what, I gained ~10lbs. This is the same gh that helped me stay lean when I was already lean, but didn't do shit when I wasn't training and watching my diet as closely. It is energy in vs. energy out; burn more calories than you are consuming and you will lose weight. You are only 30 years old, get in the gym and start working out--diet and exercise is the fastest and best long-term way to lose weight. There are a lot of great diet/exercise plans in the forums that will get you to your goal quicker than gh.
Good luck and hit the gym--it's euphoric. No reason to be intimidated, most people in the gyms are just regular guys trying to stay active.
Pet peeve of mine: "lose" not "loose".
Start a new thread and post your current dietary habits. Or just lay it out here I suppose
Wow you have been a member on here since 2012 and you say you haven't worked out in 9 years? You say your not looking for a miracle drug but you are because you said you started using gh 2 weeks ago and still never worked out yet. I'm gonna be honest with you. .... you have no business taking gh or any type of steroids. You need to gradually get yourself back in the work out routine and stop being lazy or too scared to get in the gym with everyone else. Fuck even the biggest most shredded guy in the gym didn't start out that way he had to put hard work in to gradually meet his goals. Man you need to check out the diet section in our community forums and go workout natural and stop being lazy and looking for us to cosign your gh use when you don't even work out or diet properly. Just being real with you. I'm out this thread now.
