What's up bro. I take HCG on a regular basis because of my low-T, and while I'm running gear. The dose that I currently take is 250iu's, M-W-F. This is the way I mix my HCG with the Bacteriostatic water. I'm going to leave out the times when rubbing alcohol should be used, just use common sense. Alright, so I start with;
1-vial of 5000iu's HCG(It could come in an ampule or vial, doesn't matter), 1-5ml sterile empty vial, 1-1ml 29 gauge 5/16" insulin syringe(Or basically any insulin syringe will do), 1-3ml 22 gauge 1.5" syringe(Any 3ml syringe will work fine, but you should use a syringe with at least a 1" needle), 1-30ml bottle of Bacteriostatic water.
Step 1: Use the insulin syringe to extract 1ml out of the Bacteriostatic water vial, and inject it into the HCG vial or amp. Be sure to inject the Bacteriostatic water, not directly into the HCG powder, but rather inject it slowly down the side of the vial or amp.(NEVER SQUIRT THE WATER DIRECTLY ON THE HCG POWDER!!)
Step 2: You're going to want to mix the HCG solution well, by rolling the vial or amp gently between your fingers, using both hands at once. Even if your solution is in a vial, NEVER SHAKE THE SOLUTION VIGOROUSLY AT ANY TIME, BECAUSE YOU WILL END UP DAMAGING THE PEPTIDE! Gently roll the solution between your hands or fingers.
Step 3: Using the 3 ml 1.5" syringe, pull 3ml's out of the Bacteriostatic water bottle and inject the 3ml's into the 5ml empty sterile vial.(Before extracting some water from the Bacteriostatic water bottle, or any bottle or vial of any substance, it's always a good idea to mix whatever product it may be very well). JUST REMEMBER THAT PEPTIDES SHOULD NEVER BE SHAKEN OR MIXED UP VIGOROUSLY!
Step 4: So, now we're going to extract out the 1ml of HCG solution and inject it into the 3ml's of Bacteriostatic water in the 5ml sterile vial.(For this step, I find it easier to use one of the 3ml 1.5" syringes to extract the 1ml of HCG solution out of the vial or amp, but the 1ml insulin syringe will work also).First, roll the HCG solution between your fingers just to make sure it's mixed well, and use which ever syringe you've chosen, and suck up the 1ml HCG solution and slowly and gently, inject it into the 5ml sterile vial with the 3ml's of Bacteriostatic water in it, but aim the syringe towards the side of the vial and let the HCG solution slowly trip down the side of the vial.(YOU DON'T WANT TO SQUIRT IT WITH FORCE, DIRECTLY INTO THE CENTER OF THE SOLUTION!)
Step 5: Roll the 5ml vial with (the now, 4ml's of HCG solution) gently between your fingers, just to give it a nice final mix.(Though you will need to mix it every time before you use it)
Step 6: You're now finished making your HCG solution, and it should be placed in the freezer. You can take it out for a quick minute or two while you get your next injection ready, but be sure to put it right back in the freezer. Also, when you load your pin for your next injection, you're supposed to let the syringe with the HCG solution warm up to room temperature. I usually just put the syringe between my two thumbs and hold it tightly for a minute or two. Also, I've read that HCG may start to slowly degrade after 30 days in the freezer. However, my 5000iu vial last me about 40 days, and I just go with it. I've never noticed any difference.

On a 1ml insulin syringe, each 0.1ml's will equal 125iu's of HCG. So, my dose like I said is 250iu's, so I take 0.2ml's on an insulin syringe which goes to 1ml, or 10, 0.1's. It may be hard to understand at first for some people, but in other words, a full 1ml insulin syringe would contain 1,250iu's of HCG. With this dosage in the syringe, you can actually adjust your dose to within 25iu's of your desired dose, because there's five lines between each point.
