Tell me your opinion

ad

For my next cycle in February I am looking to implement two peptides into the cycle. The peptides that I will implementing will be HGH Frag 176-191 and CJC-1295. My love handles are really bothering me. Upon doing research what will burn that would be my diet in which I have been very strict with. Currently I am running a Testosterone Propionate and Clenbuterol cycle. I track my macros, very big on this. Daily I consume 227g of protein 150g of Carbohydrates and 45g of Fat. Calorie count has been under 2,000 calories per day. Getting my body to burn more calories then I consume was my goal for fat loss especially in the love handle area. This is how my next cycle will look like:

Clenbuterol 3 weeks on | 3 weeks off
Testosterone Propionate @ 500mg/Week
Nandrolone Phenylpropionate @ 400mg/Week
HGH Frag 176-191 300mcg per day (150mcg in the morning and 150mcg before bed)
CJC01295 DAC 300mcg per day (150mcg in the morning and 150mcg before bed)

GIVE ME YOUR THOUGHTS!!

Much Appreciated

Diet should be a science not a guess, calls seem low, adjust the macros using a calc on the internet or a trainer can help you. Do you know what ketosis is? Look it up and track it with the sticks women pee on when they are pregnant. Probably fastest way to recomp, gear will put you in the state pretty quickly with adjusted dosages of carbs/sugars. I could see results day to day when I used 80mg var, alongside gear. For me anavar worked very well stacked, but can't speak on winnie.

It's been a bit, how is this going bro.

Since you asked for opinions... I tried spot shooting hgh frag into my love handles, I also ran cjc... I do not believe I did so concurrently. HGH frag didn't dissolve my love handles. CJC didn't do shit.
What gave me very good recomp was running quality short ester gear and eating 5-6k cals a day/ clean. then you gotta work buddy...put it to those muscles and huge cardio is a must to lean out. I run with a 40lb pack. leans me out quick. I personally would drop the peptides and add stano/winni to a test-p/npp stack to make a nice cutter. Clen has always been a favorite of mine for fat loss . I agree with dilmiester...cardio/diet/proper training is must.

Bty, sprint intervals work well for those who accumulate fat in the love handle area.

Those cals are way to low. You are going to experience metabolic damage very shortly if you haven't already. Then further fat loss is going to be near impossible, no matter what you try and do. Looking at your pics you are no where near ready to be running a cycle. You need to get on a properly structured diet for any real success. Steroids aren't fat loss drugs and running clen at that bodyfat is totally illogical. Get your weight down first and then run a cycle. The risk/reward ratio for running clen in your condition is all risk and no reward. You are doing everything backwards here.

Be careful with eating below 2000cal for a long period of time at your height/weight. You should be dropping your calories slowly and on a weekly basis. If you drop to quickly your metabolism will slow and limit its ability to burn fat. Gear isn't going to burn your fat, it'll help you maintain muscle while in caloric deficit but it is the diet that counts.
I've found clenbuterol to be way overrated--especially for the dangerous sides so I don't recommend. A less dangerous option would be to pick up ephedrine from your local pharmacy and stack with caffeine/baby aspirin, but even that comes with risk. I do fasted cardio 3x/ week first thing in am and I shed fat quickly when needed. It's not easy to wske-up the first few weeks, but once you get in the routine you will burn fat very rapidly.
There are some great write-ups by Makwa on dieting in the nutrition stickies that would be big help. You seem dedicated so just give it some time. Save the drugs for when your bodyfat is low to really reap the benefits.

I don't believe the answer is in the drugs personally, though they can help, I believe the BF% issue rests in your diet / training regime. Personally I believe peptides are a waste of money and lacking study. I would save my money on that and buy some quality generic hgh. I'd reccomend you hiring a coach to write you a conditioning program or "cut". Dial the cardio in and to get your diet right. Macros and all that is great but you'd be surprised when it comes down to actually eating a prep diet to bring the bf down. Eating less calories or under 2000 isn't always the answer, frequency of consumption etc all plays a roll. Save yourself the heartache and nonsense and find a decent coach to help you through the first time.

Good luck man

To be honest I looked and you are on a cycle now I believe do you really think by the time you get off and your pct you should start back up again in February? That won't give your body much time to recover from what I believe is take the time of your cycle then add pct and just to be safe add 2-4 weeks then potentially start up again be sure you give you body the proper chance to recover! I know you wnat to loose fat I put myself to the test last year being 100% natty and even cut out supplements and lost almost a 100 pounds in a year with a good diet and training. Plus if you loose the weight while not on a cycle to can eat more when you do get back on to get the most results. While limit yourself on a cycle. Hope this helps man and I wish the best weight loss is hard and definitely not the most fun!

Yeah im going to put a hold on the cycle. Appreciate your feedback.

In my opinion cutting cycles should typically only be used for those competing and trying to get down to near dangerous single digits of body fat. I would focus on diet to lose weight.

What is your cycle history even? Have you even run a 19-nor before?

Clen? very few people should ever actually run clen.

You'll have to ask Makwa to confirm but 2k calories a day is too low probably and youre going to lose LBM.

the_surgeon's picture

I have ran cycles in my past. The thing is I let myself go... No ones fault but mine. I've ran NPP in my past as well.

shiva4's picture

if you let yourself go, the resolution is not by running a cycle. getting back on track with the right lifestyle day to day and maintaining discipline is the answer.

it irritates me when I see people mention they aren't in good shape and being disciplined and want to jump on Cycle right away. it's a complete waste and irresponsible.

Diet diet diet. What's your BDEE? I'm assuming your aiming to lose fat and I can tell you anyone I know that's used frag has said you get the most out of it under 100 g of carbs a day. I also noticed that your daily healthy fat intake isn't really optimal for burning fat. I also noticed that your protein seems a little bit low. Personally I'd say just put that cycle idea on the shelf for now until you dial in your diet to cater to your needs. There are a few things that look questionable here and you shouldn't be trying to figure out diet while running multiple peptides and compounds. It's just too much to think about.

I appreciate your feedback. I will be putting my next cycle on the shelf and going to stick to diet and training for a few months.

joey_ragz's picture

Good idea brother. You can always revisit the idea at a later time when running a cycle will be more optimal.
