If you have real TB500 it's fantastic for muscle spasms. I can't say personally for injuries because I've luckily not been injured since I learned about TB500

Was wondering the same thing. On paper the likes of tb500 look great, but i've read a fair few unimpressed reports from users. I'm curious as to the purity and quality of the shit alot of these research chemical companies are pumping out. That could have alot to do with user dissapointment.

I used it after after a shoulder injury that kept coming back. I noticed its effects immediately. I would highly recommend. It's been over a year since I've used it so I forgot the exact dosages and time frames I used and noticed results but it was fast and I used it after all other conventional methods failed. Trust me. Bro, I would say it's absolutely worth it. I am on 2 weeks of it so far and it's already made a world of difference. I've had bad tendinitis in my elbow and after 2 weeks I would say its already at about 90% whereas two weeks ago it was at maybe 25%. I've done 4 mg a week split into two shots Monday and Friday. Plan to do this for 6 weeks and then a maintenance dose at around 6-8 mg a month.

TB500 works well but there's a tedious loading phase that goes along with it. Many say there's no need for it though but I'm not sure. I injured myself a lil bit ago and was trying to figure out what to take. I ended getting BPC157 cuz it simply works fast...and it definitely did! Ankle surgery is what I used it for.
