Tb500 and BPC 157

ad

Hello I am looking to heal my shoulder that has been bothering me for about a year now. Usually it will get tight (stagger) when attempting to do bench and especially any incline/shoulder movements. It interferes with nearly every upper body exercise causing a bad burning sensation in my shoulder region that will cause me to stop way before I have worked the intended muscle like chest/tricep. I have had Graston twice which has seemed to help only a little and 2 "deep tissue" massages from what I hear is supposed to hurt but did not and not so sure it really helped. I also take 2oz apple cider vinegar and glucostimine sulfate. Everyday I will start out doing the rotator cuff stretches before hand and I've even started yoga to maybe help.. Getting desperate in healing my shoulder so open to any suggestions to anyone with a similar issue. I've read that taking TB-500 at 2mg twice a week over the course of 5-6 weeks along with bpc157 for four weeks at 500-600mcg a day broken down into two times a day being 250-300mcg morning and night will help heal? anyone else have tried this with success and has it worked? Any info will be greatly appreciated!

It’ll likely help, but shoulders are tricky and like Caesar said, physical rehab is likely your best route. A good sports physical therapist can increase your ROM & decrease discomfort in a single visit. The shoulder is wildly complex, held this way & that by connective stabilizing tissues, cartalage and muscle, and of course as we build muscle and also build up micro injuries over the years, the shoulder becomes unbalance and some adjustments via specific exercises can do wonders. I wish we all have access to this type of rehab. Good luck my friend

I had success healing tendonitis in my elbow with 5mg of TB twice a week for 2 weeks than drop to once a week for maintenance. Along with Bpc 500mcg ed into the elbow. TB I pinned sub q. I felt relief after 10 days.

Sounds like you have shoulder impingement...
Peptides ain't your solution...
You need to rehab your shoulders... working on ROM, mobility, flexibility... that will do more for the healing of your impingement(s) than all the TB500 & BPC157 ever will...
Those peptides are simply tools in the tool box... they can assist along the way, and speed the healing process... but you need to work on healing the problem...
Simply taking those peptides & not adjusting your methods... will hurt you in the long run

Hello Sir,

Have very good reviews from the athletes on TB500 on the injuries similar to yours, I would definitely give it a try and the dosage seems to be right to me.

Regards

Your dosage is good!
I took 5mg TB 500 once a week (you can take also 2.5mg twice/week) for 8 weeks and 250mcg twice a day for 4 weeks, pinned as near as possible to the spot where you have the injury.
