That's the mixing method I used but I dosed mine differently.
I took 250mcg for a week and then just took 100mcg - 200mcg sporadically when knew I was going to be in the sun. Make sure you realize what an iu measurement on a insulin syringe is so you don't take a whole shit load of the stuff, because that can have uncomfortable side effects and cause dark spots to pop up. If you do end up getting new dark spots they fade over time and are not permanent.
