I am new here.
I am an ex Mr.National from Mid East.
I have suffered many injuries over the years.
Fair share of AAS, PH, and am also a medical care professional.
I am doing ground work research on muscle building for enhancing ones genetic limitations.
I myself have been a very very hard gainer ...5.9" 70 kgs
Had to eat tones to maintain a healthy weight and muscle
