+ 1 L-Carnitine - SubQ vs IM
ad
Hey all new here.
With 600mg/ml L-Carnitine what are the pros/cons of SubQ vs IM injections. I see lots of things where it should only be IM and I see others saying SubQ should be fine at higher concentration dosages with zero PIP. What is everyone's experience with this?
Thanks!

Lcarn is a little spicy may want to go IM
I actually had better luck going with a more concentrated version 1200mg/mL that way I'm only pulling .3mL for my dose. Fits in nicely with the daily Test C in the syringe.
Guessing SubQ would pip like crazy. I bac watered down my 600mg/ml L-carn to see if that would help. It works a little but still for a day or two. Like @DieselSemi said, I’m not sure if it’s worth it. I don’t notice much and have peptides I like more.
I vote for IM if your set on taking it. Both have a decent amount of PIP but for me IM is like a moderately sore muscle for about 1 day, maybe 2. No worse than training. Subq fucking burns bad for like 30 minutes and then feels like a major bruise for days, and after a while I was getting sore lumps all over. TBH the benefit wasn't worth it for me either way. I didn't notice a whole lot, and it was my most painful shot, after a couple weeks of that Every day I was sick of it. Plus its not that cheap.
Yeh bro I've been using it for 4 weeks now & im not convinced the pip is worth the benefits. My ass is sore as fuck for days
Last week like a complete fool I pinned 2ml of 500mg/ml l'carnitine into my left lat and the PIP was insane didn't have proper function of my left side of upper body for days! Id recommend IM and in the glute if anything
bro, save yourself the massive lump and welt and just go IM. Did SUbq one time and had a fucking golf ball on my stomach for 3 days. Also there is a decent amount of PIP with it so pick where you inject carefully.
itszoot89Very interesting question I’m interested in knowing. I’ve been taking L-Carnitine 600mg IM with half inch 27g in shoulder 1-1.5 hr before workout . I’ve not yet tried Sub-q but I believe it may have to do with absorption rate of the compound.
Appreciate the quick response. That's exactly what I was thinking that the logic around IM being king was with the absorption rate, but was curious what others thoughts were around SubQ to see if there was any substantial evidence on the difference between both methods.
