southernmuscle615Both IGF-1 and IGF-2 bind with high affinity to the IGF-1 receptor, and with ten - to 1000-fold less affinity to the insulin receptor, in other words in wont really make yu hypo unless your takeing mass doses..which you really shouldnt be taking anyways...40 mcg should be max.
the reason why i'm asking is because my friend, act like he knows it all. and sometime he makes since and then again he sounds like an idiot. this is why im asking, i know that YOU DO have to have a carb intake. he says you don't is why i asked.
Supernova283It acts sort of like insulin. So yes you need carbs after you take it.
do you know a legit amount? i've heard 40 g of carbs, 30g slow, 10g fast. every 2 hours.
Supernova283No I can't say I do. Only some of it binds so you're not going to need as much as insulin. Honestly eating regularly you shouldn't have any problems.
You really shouldn't be doing anything after reading your other forum! Do you eat foot? Then you get proteins and carbs..... If you you that igf wrong you go to hospital.
