I am new to hcg. How much is a good maintainence level when using AAS??

Was wondering if anyone could help me out with a little advice on hcg. I have never used it before. I want to use it while on a cycle. I did research and I am picking up that 250- 500 iu 2 twice a week are a good safe number. Am I correct here?? For maintenance

AnonMost common dosing is 500iu/wk split into 2 shots per wk...so 250iu Mon and 250iu Thurs. Generally you wanna start this about 8 wks away from the end of your cycle.
