-1 How to reconstitute IGF1

I couldn't find on the forum how to reconstitute 1 mg IGF1
I need to reconstitute :
1 mg DES (1-3) IGF1
1mg IGF1 Lr3
1 mg IGF2 Lr3
2 mg TB500
I have bacteriostatic water and (soon) sterile acetic acid

No stats no service. That's the rule here. Would be good to know how you plan on using the compounds and to what end.

I intend to pin 20 mcg DES, IM, in the muscle I'm going to train first (10 mcg each side)
I intend to pin 40 mcg LR3 (half 1, half 2), IM, in some trained muscles (20 mcg each side) half an hour after workout (lactic acid, MGF) (I'm training 4 times a week, each muscle twice)
Aim : get new cells, hyperplasia
TB 500 : got 6 tendons operations, my tendons are fragiles, sore right knee
HGH (I know how to reconstitute, used it already) : synergy with IGF1, good for old skins, etc.
Steroids ( 15 years experience) : my new cells should get thicker.
I competed already then stopped and lost much. I'd like to compete again in 2018 or 2019 (I'm far from ready)

I's the first time I'm considered lazy! I can't use Youtube or any other videos (unless they have subtitles) because I'm deaf (not 100% deaf)
I spent 2 weeks (~~35 hours) searching forums (not only yours) and found incomplete and contradictatory information. Some are using BW, some acetic acid, some both, figures are never the same. I'm completely lost. I even asked my coach who gave me a wrong answer.
I hoped some people on your forum would be knowledable because that's where I read the most interesting experiences with IGF1. But nothing on to how to reconstitute it

Of course I'm 69. I started bodybuilding when I was 18. That's a long time ago.My BF is about 13%, all around belly. I'll compete in category Master3 (IFBB). I'll do France first then hopefully World. There isn't much competition at my age.
But I would like to have my question answered : how to reconstitute IGF1

Ok fair enough. Sorry for asking it seemed a bit odd

So check with your source to see if the IGF-1 has acetic acid included? Some of the top brands do. If it does then simply reconstitute with bac water. If it doesn't then you. Red to reconstitute with acetic acid solution and when you pin you draw additional bac water into the slin pin otherwise it stings like a bitch

Thanks Dacky. Mine has no acetic acid included (Canada Peptides).
But my problem is about quantities :
For 1 mg IGF1, how much AA and how much BW. I suppose all IGF1 and IGF2 are reconstituted the same way. Once it's been done how many IU shall I inject to get 10 mcg IGF1.
Is it the same for TB 500 ?
What about you Dacky according to your image, I suppose you compete too.

Ah ok so I understand your questions now. Sorry it took a while but we've got there. So your goals are 1mg. So for me I would use 10cc of acetic acid solution but you can really use any amount. If you use 10cc then each "tick" on a slin pin will equal 1mcg. So just draw up 10IU on a slin pin and this will equal 10mcg. I have never used IGF-2 so I am afraid I can't help you there but I would assume it's the same. TB 500 plain bac water will be fine.

Yeah sorry I actually took my pics down earlier this week. I normally only leave them up for a few weeks. I'm dieting now (all natty except some HGH) so give me until the end of true year and I'll post a progress pic :-). I don't compete. I just have no time with my job and family I can just manage to lift 5 days a week and get a couple of cardio sessions in. I'm keeping myselfin good shape so you never know. If circumstances allow I'Il definitely be giving it a go.

Shall I understand you don't use any BW with IGF1 ?
About your way of life, I had the same problems as you (work, family) and I competed first when I was 55 !

I would draw at least 1/2cc of bac water into the slin pin before or after you've drawn the quantity of IGF-1 you want to use otherwise it will sting like a bitch. You may still get some stinging which is one of the reasons I like to use IGF-1 which already has acetic acid in it. And yeah as I said I would like to compete. Good to know I still have time :-). Dacky, I reconstituted IGF1 and I'm going to use it to-day for the first time because I had to stop training for 2 weeks. I intend to do the following protocol :
4 p.m. whey and carbs + slin
4.30 p.m. EAA and carbs
4.40 20 mcg DES IGF bilaterally in first muscle to train (pecs to-day)
5.00 start training
6.00 training ends : first PWO : BCAA, L Leucin and carbs + slin
6.30 40 mcg IGF1-IGF2 (50% each) bilaterally in last muscle trained
7.00 second PWO : Whey and carbs
7.20 dinner
Do you think it's OK for shakes and IGF together. I mean : do I need to have an empty stomach as with other peptides ?
I pinned 4IU HGH this morning, on an empty stomach and had breakfast 3/4 h later
To-night I'll pin testosterone.

Hello fella. Yes it's fine to pin the IGF-1 with shakes/food. Ideally you want to have fast digesting carbs in around the same time as you are pinning the IGF-1. My only other suggestion is try and pin the post workout IGF-1 (I assume this is LR3) as soon as possible post workout. No need to pin it bilaterally IM. A single sub-cut pin will be fine. Good luck with your protocol.

I've pinned IGF1 and I've been disappointed. I didn't feel anything : AA didn't hurt (I used it without BW), DES didn't give me any pump, Lr3 didn't let me feel my muscles are growing an hour after injection.
I tried to experience what crazy 8 did, but it didn't work on me.
