For those who cruise...

ad

OK, for those of you who cruise, how long of breaks do you take before you cycle again? This is my first time cruising (self TRT) and so far it feels like it is doing well. I will get bloods soon. I am just wanting to get back on gear because I was seeing such good gains and results my last cycle but I know I need breaks from it.

I usually cruise the mens room at the local hardware store for no more than two hours at a time. Any longer than that and you start to draw attention.

I have friends who are into it, so if you like to cruise and take a protein shot up the rear, good for you. Smile

I always use as a reference to cruise at least as long as I was blasting.

6–8w or 8–12w, depends on how trashed your biomarkers are after the blast. That’s just me though … everyone has their own sweet spot. Best move is to keep pulling bloods and listening to how you actually feel. Solid place to start IMO.

Thanks man, I will get bloods done and see how this 150mg of test a week is doing.

That’s the general rule of thumb. People who err on the side of caution will do it for longer than they blast. Impatient people like myself won’t wait that long. Getting your bloods done regularly and listening to your body, knowing the risks to reward and acting accordingly are best advice I can give.

Staying off for as long as you were on is a good rule of thumb and was the standard for decades, and should still be for most recreational users. Not only is it for giving your body a break and allowing time for it to recover, but also to let myostatin levels return to normal, so you actually gain well next cycle.
