no need to dilute it that much. Just use 1ml.
What size syringe do I use? Insulin or conventional? Which is best to inject? Intramuscular, or sub Q?
30g slin pin 1/2" or smaller. Inject subq.

I do subq with an insulin syringe.
Why did you do that? 1ml is plenty but now its more watered down. So 3ml is about 300iu. Simple math you now have about 16.7iu of hcg per 1iu on an insulin syringe. So on an insulin syringe at 10 you would have 167iu of hcg. at 20 you would have 334iu of hcg. at 50 you have 835iu of hcg. how much you want depends on what you are doing. Are you doing preventative or restarting the balls? if its preventative then 250iu 3x a week.

1500iu to 2500iu 3x a week for 3 to 6 weeks. Start at lower dose and see how your body handles it.
