I have some likely rather silly questions about reconstitution. I must say I have at least attempted to figure this out on my own. Clearly my success rate level is 1 out of 10.

With all of that being said, here is what I have and what I am needing to accomplish:

I have 5mg vials of Frag
1/2 ml pins
3 ml reconstitution pins
30 ml bac water

I am wanting to dose at 250 mcg's.

Questions:

How many ml's of bac water do I want to add to the 5mg vial of frag?
How many tick marks would I draw on the 1/2 cc pin for 250mcg's?
