CBSA can seize any item which has been deemed illegal/a controlled substance. For something like AAS, a person can definitely have a doctor prescribed, legitimate reason for ordering that product. So CBSA will not destroy a package until it's past a certain time, allowing the recipient to present the necessary documentation for the importation of AAS. I think doctors for the most part, are just prescribing test. I also believe many peptides are not FDA approved.
