BPC-157 and other anti-aging peptides
ad
What would you consider to be three of the best anti-aging peptides for a lifting senior (68) who is on TRT? Thanks.

I've been running a GLOW stack (though I wish I bought all three peptides separately to increase the TB-500 & BPC-157). It has done wonders for a shoulder injury while my skin is looking fresh. The bags under my eyes are much lighter than before.
I also run retatrutide for overall hunger dampening (keeps the junk food out of you, which is anti-aging), anti-inflammatory purposes, and control of lipids & insulin.
This, plus testosterone has really got me feeling healthier than in my 20s and 30s. It has helped me keep a balanced diet (reta) and to work out hard by managing injuries (BPC-157 & TB-500) while just helping my skin quite a bit (GHK-cu).
I know, its technically four peptides, but since you can GLOW or KLOW stack it up, it works for the prompt.
Hi, you might find some of my content useful.

At 68 and already on TRT, you’re honestly in a pretty good spot foundation-wise
If I had to narrow it to 3 peptides with the best for a senior lifter, I’d look at:
BPC-157
Hard to beat for joint, tendon, and soft tissue health. Recovery between sessions improves, and nagging aches tend to calm down. It’s not flashy, but it keeps you training consistently.
GHK-Cu
Great for overall “aging well” - skin quality, connective tissue, and some inflammation control. Agree with above posts: dilute it well, the burn is real if you don’t.
NAD+ (or precursors)
Energy, cognitive sharpness, and mitochondrial support. A lot of older guys notice better daily energy and less fatigue rather than gym-specific effects, but that matters long term.
Big thing is keeping expectations realistic, peptides won’t replace TRT or good training, but they can absolutely help you stay healthier, recover better, and keep lifting longer.
Regarding the GHK-Cu, I was under the impression that it's used as a skin cream for skin health. Does it have the same effect as an injectable? Thanks.
Thanks. I don't expect any peptide to have the dramatic effect that TRT has given me. I am also taking NMN and resveratrol, plus other supps. That GHK-Cu looks interesting since I abused my skin in my late teens-early 20's spending too much time in the beach sun.
GHK-Cu but just know it can burn its best to dilute it more in the syringe with bac water or BPC 157.
Bpc-157 is a good one > I would consider a mix like Glow or Klow
NAD+ and Reta are also my choices. NAD+ provides a nice energy bump and Reta help stabilize blood sugar, control lipids, reduce inflammation, and keep you at a healthy body weight.
Does Glow have much of a burn? I guess you have to add bacteriostatic water to it, or is it already in solution?
Yes, glow has a burning sensation, sometimes a few hours. It’s blue colored. From what I understanding it’s the copper that makes the burning sensation. It’s normal. You absolutely must use bac-water to “reconstitute” the powder+Water
Yes, needs bac water and no, the bpc gets rid of the pip.
I take it that BPC-157 is best used in the injectable form? What is Glow or Klow?
Not sure how accurate this is, but what I’ve heard is that oral bpc-157 is good for gut health and injectable goes more systematically throughout the body.
I’ve have taken both forms and yes you are right. Orals many take for gastric issues, IBS, gerd, etc. injections for healing why it’s known as Wolverine drug. ----
Mavel comic book hero > Wolverine. He has super heal powers and instantly heals from injuries.
Glow is bpc-157, tb-500, and ghk-cu mixed together. The mix keeps the ghk from burning when pinned.
Klow is all the above plus kvp, which is for inflammation.
