Here to learn at 67

ad

Hello. I'm 67 and have been resistance training for 8 years, steady. I'm on TRT which allows me to lift 4-5 days a week without pain. My main area of interest now is to learn about HGH, and /or peptides...HGH secretagogues to add to my TRT. I want to put on as much muscle as possible without doing an actual cycle. My latest blood labs showed my FREE T @ 64.4 ng/dl. My numbers are always on the upper end, but that's fine with me, and my nurse. Thanks.

Just wanted to say, that’s awesome dedication at 67! Great to hear TRT’s working well for you and you’re staying on top of labs. Wishing you steady gains and many more years of strong lifting! --

Just curious, is all your other health markers good? Being 67 & on trt.. how is your cholesterol and all that? Also if you're going to experiment with GH you could get your IGF-1 tested to know your baseline.. check out the #3 (us) I'm interested in trying it myself

All of my blood work has improved since being on testosterone. I don't check cholesterol. Couldn't care less about it. I'm having my IGF1 level tested very soon.

Should add a1c and fasted glucose to that, want those to be in range before starting GH. Wish you the best mate Smile

I have blood work done every six months. I have A1c and fasted glucose done once a year. October is my next time for blood work.
