Any advice?
Hey fellas,
Ok so I will keep this brief and make my question as clear as possible. So I have trained for a year straight. I was 34 when I started because my stomach fat was bad. I have always been in shape but we had twins and I can tell you it was not easy and took up time from the gym. Therefore the weight gain was take out and lack of sleep. I first got my body fat percentage done when I started and it was 24.6. Again this was a year ago. I am now 35 and just got it done again and seem to be stuck at 18.8 percent. The reason I say stuck is because I was at 19 4 months ago. On top of this I have been using GHRP-2 along with CJC-1295 no dac. Both at 100mcg a day , 3x a day. I also do cardio and actually was on ostarine and GW cycle for 6 weeks. I mean I have muscle tone but feel the body fat is just not where I want it to be from trying the research chemicals and peptides. I would like to be at 14 percent. I do eat strict and diet very well. Question is have any of you tried anything other than I have that did help lose your stomach fat? I have read the cjc and ghrp will retain a lot of water and go away when you stop, but I don't feel like that has happened. I have researched ECA burn stack and curious if anyone did lose some good fat off them. I still run the cjc and ghrp currently. Any tips I would greatly appreciate. Thanks

TronJust out of curiosity..considering you are in your mid 30's. Have you had your T levels checked?
Great question. I should have mentioned that. When I gained weight I was tired and honestly worried about cholesterol. I was right about the cholesterol being bad but the doctor went off my symptoms of being tired and a lot of weight gain in stomach area. However both my thyroid and T levels were within normal range. I can't say 18.9 percent body fat is bad but it's not what I want and seem to be stuck. Considering it was a lot higher a year ago. But I am going to try changing up the diet and doing what some recommend on my weight routine.
Your insulin sensativity is probably low, try to find some OTC boosters. I used I Rush 435 a time or to and it helps a lot.
Thank you all for the input. My diet is actually not bad but I am all for hearing it could be better or fix this, try that, etc. My training is a mix of cardio and weight training. Cardio is done Mon,Wed, and Friday. I typically do a 5 mile run at about a 10 min pace throughout. I do my weight training at the gym on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Saturday's I take off from working out. Weight training is kin of mixed where I will work biceps, and back, next workout would be chest and triceps, the last being legs. However, I will once a week do a full upper body workout at mid to low weight and high reps with about 30 second reat period. This is great as it really will burn and am so pumped up from it.
As for my diet. I only get carbs from vegetables on weight training days. The days I run I try to have a rational size of pasta/ baked potato for lunch because I will run at night. Majority of which is high protein and limiting sodium as much as possible. The protein will come from eggs, steak, chicken, fish, etc. very lean with little fat. A drink a lot of water during the day and only other thing would be coffee. As for supplements, I take fish oil, turmeric, D3, and liquid multi vitamin. Other than this mentioned I have taken the peptides as mentioned in the first post. Again I am 35 years old, 191 pounds, 5'9 and just measured body fat today and was at 18.9 percent. Which obviously is not where I was hoping to be after a few months of this diet and training when I was at 19 percent. Thank you all again and look forward to any ideas to tweak it as I may be missing something.
I agree on what Makwa said, also looks like you're low carb AND low fat. Pick one to be low or cycle it. Can't be both.
I think you need to get more weight training in there. Muscle boosts metabolism so the more muscle you can put on your frame the more cals you will be burning 24/7. Working out only 3d/wk likely isn't going to do that. If you are serious about your diet you need to start logging cals and macros. It may surprise you what you are actually eating. Just "winging" it and eating "clean" isn't a real solid diet strategy. You need to keep track of what you are consuming so you can make adjustments accordingly.
Mr KfizzleThis right here ^^^^^^ SPOT ON 100% can't be said any better at all. Take this info and run with it!!!!! Download the app called myfitnesspal and track them calories and macros. It's the best app I've seen for doing so! Get in the gym a couple more times a week... don't have time?? Make time! Wake up 2 hours earlier if u have to to go in the morning. Find a way make it work bro. Remember one hour = 4% of your day!
I agree brother. I have changed it all up after the inputs on here. I am going to hit the gym more and do cardio in the mornings so I have more time at gym for the weights. Actually just got finished at the gym and a guy told me the machine they use to check body fat percentage is not accurate. He recommended finding somewhere that actually measures it with the calipers. We will see. I have the myfitnesspal app and I couldn't agree more. You should check out the fooducate app. It's awesome. You go to the grocery store and scan labels and can see what is highly processed, what better options, etc. check it out. Thanks for input bro I appreciate it.
Mr KfizzleGood deal, I'm gonna check that app out man!
Post up your diet and training regime and we'll see what needs work.
Just drop all those peps and research chems and buckle down on you diet and cardio. If that doesn't do the trick then go in and get your thyroid levels checked. If you are truely dieting properly and incorporating cardio it should be near impossible for you NOT to lose weight so it sounds like you really need to reassess your dieting protocol. Here are a couple of things you may want look and try. If these don't work then you are not following them properly or you have some type of medical condition that needs to be addressed.

My .02 stay away from the research cems and just stick to plain old diet and long intervals of cardio. sounds like you're doing well already to me. I would just take the next couple months and work really hard and then see where you're at, at that point. Like I said just my .02 good luck bro
Thank you. I just seem to have plateaued in my weight loss. Could be my age making it more difficult. I appreciate your response and will continue to push harder to meet my goals.
