trt planning
ok so I have been on trt since the beginning of February. I really do not know why I have not asked this question earlier and probably get in touch with my doc. but most times it seems like the vets on here have more knowledge about this. so when I got all my goodies from my doc he kinda laid out a half ass plan for me. he knows about my cycle history so he must have just assumed I knew what I was doing even though I told him I have never delt with hcg anastrozol or danazol. so heres the layout..
Monday take a 1cc 200mg of a test e and c blend.. mon through fri I take 40 mg of danazol.. tues and fri 1000iu each of those days.. and 1mg of anastrozol on Wednesday. just curious how that sounds to u. now one more question about the hcg the directions on my bottle say add 2.4ml of the water and inject 30 units ive been doing it another way that I was told to in my former posts. just curious on your thoughts ill be calling my doc for blood work and more info

You can find alot of help here, but I am also on 200mg but test c only and my doc wont give me an AI or HCG so be thankfull. In my area its hard to find an affordable clinic (Tampa area) for really good info Dr. John crisler has a great protocol for trt and Hcg.. Sorry I wasn't more of help just wanted to share info about the doc's protocol great info on trt... Best of luck to you brother
I find it best to split my test dose during the week into two doses . Hcg at 250 Iu twice a week works perfect for me. The clinic had me doing those the day before my T injections. Their are hcg calculators all over the net too. When I was using adex they had at me use .5 twice a week. That had my E levels sitting perfect. I think the one dose of adex would give a little more fluctuation. I had almost toyed with the the idea of going .25 twice a week to see what my levels were. More isn't always better.
I know I am gyno prone so I don't want to take any chances without an AI. It was bad enough some of the pain meds gave me issues and I couldn't get a doc to listen or help. The AI and a little nolva fixed that issue though. My lipids went to hell out of nowhere which I am guessing was the adex. I know it works for a lot if people and was first time my E was really in check and steady for a long time. I decided to give Aromisaon a try because of my lipid issues. I can eat like crap and they sit good so was shocked to see with healthy eating that I had issues.
You can always get bloods on your own to see how things are going too.
The once a week injection hade me feeling like a yo yo.
