trt, labs and estradiol
ad
Just got my labs back my estradiol has been high the last couple labs. Its currently at 48, test level is at 900. Wondering how high is too high on the estradiol and if I need blockers. Was just wanting the community's input my doctor has been stingy with blockers for myself and a friend. Thinking about changing trt provider also wondering if y'all have any recommendation? Thanks for the input!

Hey thanks for all the input. Feeling great numbers had me concerned. No sides, except feeling great. Thanls again!
Living4ThePumpNobody should use an AI. Not on cycle nor TRT. if you have a proper stack design you shouldn't need it at all. On TRT you shouldn't have an elevation in E2 since your testosterone should be in a normal range and E2 will rise or fall with testosterone and therefore should be in range too.
Also on cycle you should raise dosages of aromatizing compounds like testosterone also only to the point where you start to feel estrogenic side effects. Estrogen will definitely show above range on cycle but thats because testosterone will above range too so this is normal and no you don't need to throw in an AI if its above range because you shouldnt feel estrogenic sides if you arent at your highest tolerable dosage yet.
As soon as you start to feel estrogenic sides you need to scale back your testosterone dosage to a point where you dont have sides from E2 and from there on you need to make your further stack design using compounds that won't aromatize like primo.
An Ai is so harsh on blood lipids, nobody should ever use it, maybe like close to a contest to knock down that last water but at no other point.
My doc won’t go by numbers unless your estradiol is crazy high or something, my numbers were over 100 and through me on an AI until I get things dial backed in after a cruise. At least he gets it, very lucky to have my doc!
In my opinion people get too hung up on their test numbers when on TRT. TRT should be about feeling good, so lower your dose to bring your E2 down and if you feel good there shouldn't be a problem.
You could lower your dose or do smaller frequent injections and your e2 will come down.
If your TRT dose is dialed in you shouldn't need an AI. I would say you need to lower your test dose and your estro will lower along with it. If you need an ai on TRT then your body is out of homeostasis and test should be lowered to bring it back in line.
