Hey guys I have been running 125mg of test cyp a week with one injection weekly and 25mg of "proviron" every 2-3 days.
I am wondering how often I should be getting bloods done to get a good measure of my estrogen levels and test levels to get dialed in to my sweet spot, I was also wondering what the us standard is considered to be in the "high" range.
Optimally I would like to run a blast and cruise cycle 1-2 times a year, and then going back to that sweet spot for my cruising
I post here because I was recently diagnosed low test and put on a trt program. 25 years old, 230lbs, probably around 20% bf

Biweekly injections are a lot better for you. You will have a much smoother level which will translate into an overall well-being benefit. biweekly injections will also give you greater levels of free testosterone ( which is what really matters) with the same milligram dosage. biweekly injections will also be better for your E2 and you may not even need an AI.
I would incorporate hCG into your routine. Remember you have LH receptors throughout your body not just in your testicles And the hCG will contribute to your overall well-being and health. 150 IU three times a week for a total of 450 IU is plenty.
Supplement with DHEA as well as Pregnenolone both over-the-counter.
Get blood work done every six weeks when you are trying to dial yourself in. Adjuster dosage by 25 mg each time as necessary. You want to end up in the high normal range whatever that is in your country.

i believe normal range is between like 300-900 ng/dl. I would wait a few weeks to get rechecked on levels. Also consider your free testosterone levels not sure what norm is there but someone will chime in. And cyp will peek at 2 days, on the 6th day it will be a lot lower so take that into consideration as well
Coryh11Thanks; when I ran a true cycle and not a trt/cruise I would do two weekly injections, however I was using a much higher volume then I am now. I wasn't sure there would be a benefit injecting 60mg twice a week, but depending on tests I may start doubles.
you should be good cruising I'd do it every 5 days just me though. I was just saying so you can get tested on like 3-4 days after shot so it would be the average range
