Hey guys, I'm 34 yrs old and finishing struggling through a 9 year battle with opioids. I'm now on methadone and doing great except that I feel like my testosterone is in the dumps, and it's proven that opioids and methadone kill your test. So I've been doing some research and think I'm going to try 175mg test prop per week(25mg insulin pins every day in glutes with a 29 guage 1/2 inch insulin needle) and HCG daily(not sure the dosage yet) pinned subcutaneously.... That's it, I'll have aromasin on hand just in case but I'm hoping that will bring back my test and estrogen levels to where they need to be so I feel strong, have energy, motivation and feel good about myself again... What does everyone think?

Also, keep in mind that hormones can be addictive too bro. Like anything, you have to treat them with respect, diet, exercise, with your overall health in my opinion being the top priority.

Deffinately get ur doc to take a look at ur hormones first. If u have an underlying condition u cld make things worse. At this point ur doing great about achieving a better way of life, don't mess that up by self prescribing another drug. Keep up the great work..

Without blood tests there is no telling what's exactly in the dumps. Maybe your thyroid is dumping???? Throwing self prescribed trt at the boogeyman will not make him disappear. Plus 175mg is not a starting dose for most peeps.

Follow the advice listed below, trt is not a cure all.

Just drop this whole idea. You're looking for a shortcut, again.

Definitely got to get your vitamin D up. Even with supplements it can stay low. Make sure you are taking with a meal that has fat in it. I was taking 3000 IU a day and mine was still at the lower end of normal. You can actually take a lot more than 3000 IU and be safe. Exposure to UV light will give you a lot more than that. Just getting tour vitamin D up in your system will probably have you feeling a lot better. I had a colleague who’s Dr put him on 50,000 IU a day for a month to get his levels up and his well-being improved considerably.

Follow what your dr tells you. But 5000 or less is pretty safe! Lol

Yep yep, really low for june 20th. Fyi, I take 5000 to 10000 a day. Very important the d3 is, just ask fauci. Lol

You just said you want your levels where they should be, but have no idea where they are. Do you even listen to yourself? And yes opiodes COULD fuck up your hormones but everyone is different. Go get blood work and stop looking for a cosigner.

Use labmd or another place that tests, trt clinics want your money and do not have your health as a concern.
