Minimizing bloat on TRT
ad
I'm on Test Cyp at 150mg a week. I also run arimidex at .25 EOD. This has been my protocol for years now, and my numbers consistently look good.
I realize Test Cyp causes some bloat, but I'd like to minimize the bloat as much as possible in an effort to look good for summer. Is there anything else I can be doing to reduce the bloat?

Great answers so far, if all else fails try Probiotics pal. It as worked wonders...for me !
Also I don´t mean yoghurt or fermented stuff but supplements in pill form, again it woks for me.
Why are you using an AI on such a low dose of test? I understand the protocol of docs Rxing an AI during TRT but only because they are Rxing HCG as well. If you are bloating off of a small dose of 150mg test weekly, then it could be an indication of your diet. First hydrate yourself very well. Everytime you go to pee, drink a tall glass of water afterwards. Cut the sodium. If you are using shakes and protein powders, cut out those. They are a major source of bloating issues. Cut out the shakes and you won't believe how much better you look and feel in a month's time.
You already have adex in there which should be keeping the bloat down already. Especially with a low dose of test like that. If you are experiencing more bloat, then there has to be some underlying issue other than AAS that is causing it. As noted by other people, keep the sodium in check. Hydrate yourself. Many people think they drink enough but they really don’t. Also you can start squeezing in real lemon juice in your water jug as well. This is a natural diuretic as well as flavor enhancer. To help with hydration, try adding a table spoon of glycerin as well into a liter of water. Before adding in any other kind of AIs, I would suggest that you explore natural diuretics first. You might want to also take in pure Cranberry extract. This helps flush the body as well. Last but not least, cardio is great. What is your weekly cardio like? Try to do 30-45 minutes every other day. Not the high intensity fat loss kind, but the moderate kind that falls in the heart healthy zone. It doesn’t have to be at the gym. Shoot some hoops. Brisk walk with your dogs. If you like to watch tv in the afternoons, every time a commercial comes on during your show, swig some water and grab a jump rope or drop to the floor and do some Mountain Climers (http://www.ehow.com/how_2094338_do-mountain-climber-calisthenics-exercis...)
Let us know what you are doing and how it works.
Check your estradiol. Optimal is 25 pg/ml.
Yes, I am interested to know which formula is best for me. I am using test cyp, but maybe test enth might be a better choice for me. I guess I have cruise on both to see which one is best for me. Comments below are spot on regarding sodium, carbs and water. That is good advice regardless..
Wardi77Watch your sodium intake, drink plenty of water and keep carbs low.
