Aches & pains while blasting

Any over 40s experience a lot of aches and pains when blasting Test? I've heard that problem areas get worse while blasting.
Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for how to minimize this.

Yeah I did, added Deca pain went away I do 600 Deca when I blast with my test.

Add Deca, Bottom Line, and Have Bromo or Caber at hand just in case....

Are the aches and pains musculature or joint related? Tendon flares or muscle soreness?
What is your cycle history?
I'd say pain is both muscle soreness and tendon flares.
