Lab Results-and have done research
Ok, So I was tested at 29 and had Test #'s of 170 to 220. Never had I taken any kind of AAS. Been on and off trt since then. First with Dr.'s at 200 every 2 1/2 weeks for a couple years. Went off it at times due to no insurance and no source and got all fucked up mostly due to non-religious pinning. Came her a few years ago and one of the bro's set me up with a strong PCT with Nolva/Clomid and HCG. Basically put everything in line, kinda..
After strong PCT:
Test 372
LH 2.8
FSH 3.0
Estradiol 23.3
Fast forward to the present 18 months later and I went off test P and cleared out my system to do another lab test. Been taking Test P because I ran out of my long term E. My hormones out of Labcorp's ranges are
Test 181
LH less than .0.2
FSH less than 0.2
Estradiol 18.8
So I was going to try Arimidex .75 2 x a week but I read another post where a guy is taking 25 mg of Clomid ed indefinitely and takes no test and he's getting consistent 800's for natural test.
Anyone's thoughts on what I should try? It seems that my natural test is shot forever especially because it was so low without ever taking juice. Should I try cruising with a low dose of an AI? (I know, from now on I'm going to lab test once a month no matter what). Expertise please? Thank you
P.S. have had to use cialis for years because no matter what it seems I have ED

I have a question at what time were the blood tests taken?? The one with 373 test level and then the recent one at 181. Did you post the most recent one in the picture section under lab test.
Get your doc to run blood tests to see why your levels are low. If the problem is testicular, then clomid will not help.
I've been a TRT patient for about 8 years now. My natural test is done, ... always test around 167ng/dl. Experimented for several years now, and I've found that 150mgs, 1/2cc of 300mg/ml, once per week, keeps my test levels between 680-720ng/dl. These numbers work great for me at 47 years old. No need for AI's, my estrogen stays around 30ish. Feel pretty good even with occasional sleepless nights..... Don't let these Dr.s out here convince you 200mgs every 14 days... was on that protocol for the first year and was on a rollercoaster ride, meaning I would feel great week 1, week 2 I would crash hard... moody an irritable as hell. Experiment with doses and see what works best for YOU!!!!
Oh, I never took AAS before being on TRT, so it happens young blood... keep us posted...later!
P2i2tsorry I may be missing something but I'm trying to figure out exactly what you are asking. Should you try cruising with a low dose of an AI? AI's are for estrogen related problems and with 18.8 levels your estrogen levels are fine. (unless your doctor is using a different scale than the one I used to get). so what exactly are you asking?you have a test coming up so are you trying to figure out what to do without cruising on any test for a while?and if that's not the case then why don't you just continue to cruise on some test?if you will just be taking TRT doses then you can stock up pretty well for fairly cheap. each bottle will last you a good amount of time if you are just cruising. can you try to explain this a little better so I can try to help you bro?
its obvious the test is out of your system and your FSH and lh levels still haven't recovered. I would do a complete PCT if you do not plan on cruising on test.
Sorry about the lack of clarity. I guess what I'm wondering is: should I try something to see if there is a way to get back to normal without having trt forever? Should I just cruise and if so, are those lh and fsh numbers bad to leave like that forever or should I constantly be trying to keep them up at normal while cruising? Thanks for your help!
P2i2tI am no doctor but I am guessing if you are testing very low like that, and on multiple tests, it is an unfortunate natural physiological flaw in your body.the doc put you on TRT for a reason.if you are cruising on exogenous test then your FSH and LH levels will always be like that because there is no need for your body to produce its own natural testosterone. so as long as you are cruising it is not a bad thing to have those numbers like that. I am NOT at TRT patient so maybe you could search around and try to find one and ask them about it more but as far as what I've ever read, or should I say have ever not read, is any type of miracle protocal that will bring your levels back to normal. unfortunately I believe it will be like that no matter what you do.like you stated, you could try the clomid thing but once you stop that the levels will drop right back down to your natural levels.I would recommend continuing to cruise on a TRT dose of test. like I said, there are plenty of great sources with great products for a cheap price. You could stock up for a long time with just a few hundred dollars.good luck and hopefully more ppl will chime in.
Thanks for your input and advice, guess i'm still hoping I can get back to normal someday. Until then will probably cruise...
