just got bloodwork....now questions
I just got all my blood work results back...via phone from the doc.
Said all levels of red and white cells are good....liver...kidneys...pancreas all good too.
Vitamin D is very low....told me to take 10,000iu every day for 10 weeks.
Testosterone level is low....286... said they can great everything and bring the levels up.
My question is....I meet with him Monday morning for my first injection and any questions and answer session....
What should I be asking?.... I already told him I wanted to get leaner and put on some mass....he said that would not be a problem. I also explained that with my job (local sherrifs dept) I wanted to keep a tactical advantage over situations. Also stated that he sees a lot of PD and firemen asking for the same....
His does all this sound?
Some of my stats:
42yrs old
198lbs
28%bf
Diet is getting cleaner....trying to lower bf now.
Any help or questions I should ask would be greatly appreciated.

I am pretty excited to get things going. I will keep everyone posted on this. I also started with a diet pro to help start cutting bf.
Here is the latest update....220mg of test e every 7 days. Says this will help alot with what I am trying to get done. How does this sound ?
That's kind of shocking, but great! Most doctors are prescribing 100-200 mg every month to two weeks. You're going to love this dose. Best of luck!
Im 47, heres my simple opinion, your doc sounds like he knows what you want, admin your own injections weekly like another member suggested, get on a diet, lose some BF, hit the gym..its a simple formula..you will be in shape in no time...you need to make diet and gym #1 priority, if it were me I would worry about that first and your TRT later. Extra hormones with high BF = problems for some...get lean and it will all be easier.
here some fun links, a good workout program and some diet info, find out your BMR and it will be easier to design a diet around your current metabolic rate to help you lose some BF.

good luck!
As for diet right now... I have cut down alot of carbs and am eating alot better, cut out fast food and all carbonated drinks. I do not consume alcohol.
Basic day consists roughly:
1 cup almonds
1lb turkey / chicken / fish split into 2 meals
Salad with light dressing
1 lg. Sweet Potato
1-2 packets of Oatmeal
1-2 protein shakes with 1 tbl spoon of natural peanutbutter.
I just started this diet 4 weeks ago and am already seeing results from this alone.
Any input on this?
I will ask the questions below, here are a few more...
Why would I want to self administer?
He wants me to do weekly injections... every 7 days.
Why B6@2000mgs? what is prolactin? B6 will lower the production of prolactin? Less of a chance for gyno?
Why wouldn't you want to self administer? Going into the doctor's office every week seems like a PITA. If you self administer, you'll be in control of when/how you inject. It really isn't that hard once you do it once or twice.
Weekly injections are fine, but most people find twice a week even better to keep levels stable.
Here are a few.
-Ask him if you can self administer your dose.
-Most TRT doctors want to administer once every 2 weeks or 3 weeks. Insist on weekly injections or even better, biweekly injections.
-Discuss the use of HCG. Very important during TRT.
-At your body fat level, you will most likely have E2 issues. Discuss the management of those and how to implement an a AI.
-Supplementing with DHEA and Pregnenolone.
-discuss your metabolic panel in detail as that will most likely change with TRT.
+1 bro good advise
