I've been on Dr prescribed TRT for about 2 years prescribe 150MG of test Cyp once every 7 days and .5MG Arimidex on pin day. It's been pretty successful so far.
@biceps71, fill us in on your progress, please!
@biceps71, have you exhausted all "natural ways to boost Testosterone" yet?
There are some sites that have lots of articles on how to help boost T naturally. I've tried it all over the course of a few years and had little success. I'm just one of those unlucky gents with genetics that have betrayed me. I refuse to give up, so I'm on this site whenever I can to learn as much as I can. The magnifying glass in the top left is amazing. If you have a question, it's unlikely that it hasn't already been asked on this site dozens of times already! Good luck brother.
This series of videos is pretty educational too. (I don't have any incentive to share this with you, other than to help educate and encourage you in your decisions going forward. A lot people on this site have been patient and helpful to me this past year, so I'm simply doing my best to pay it all forward.)

"ASK THE DOC" (regarding TRT questions).
It looks like you have run cycles in the past. I made the same mistake but went to an endo after a year of stupid mistakes. I was 100% honest with her about what I did but I did have past bloods to back up my low T. We discussed it and we agreed to a dose of 125mg of test e for 3 months to see where I was at. Just finished up the follow up a couple weeks ago and she is hopefully going to make me legal with a script. I dont know about you but there is far too much for me to keep track of medically on my own. Use the knowledge of the endo and supplement it with the knowledge here at Eroids and you will be happy and healthy. Good luck.
RustyhookerDummies go to endocrinologist to be smart peoples.
My endo is my best advisor, have learned a lot from her
So much love for that comment
Yeah duh, in a perfect world that would work but most endo's don't do anything but at the most put you on a low, low dose of test and usually don't even bother with a/i. A good valid option if you have the money is to go to an anti aging doctor. They usually hook you up with no issues.
I am doing my own TRT protocol as well, I am 32 years old and had a level of 156 ng/dl. A very simple protocol would be 200-300 mg of Cyp every 5-7 days. If the cyp doesnt work well I plan to give Sustanon a try due to its mix of short and longer esthers. At that dose I don't feel at least for me an A/I is necessary but I am just going to go off of feel and my appearance. If needed then I am choosing to go with letrozole, due to its ability to aid in fat loss and tends to increase your test levels as well. Due to my age and possibly having more children I am also throwing HCG in the day before the injection, 1000iu to help preserve my fertility throughout it.
This by no means is the be all end all way to do it, im sure there would be plenty of people that would even disagree with certain aspects of it but it works for me.
Endo don't give you low doses they give you the optimal dose for your body. They tone in your TRT dose to you body needs. They have no problem giving you adex or clomid if you need them. The key to this is what you need not want.
Letro for weight loss (lol get the f outta here) water weight maybe. This advice sound like a mini cycle and IMO bad advice
bk, I did not neg you but this is why you got negged, You post looks like you are giving advice, and it is bad advice.
Neg was appropriate,,,,, but still a pussy neg
RustyhookerBs...cough...cough...cosign...bs...cough
And at 156 at the age of 32 any endo even fresh out of med school would have put you on trt or gave you some clomid, save the bullshit. Flying by how you feel and look on the outside is a sign of someone not needing it. thanks for chiming in to try and cosign. You been here a month and this is your 1st post?
RustyhookerMore bullshit cosigners.....
lion, even at the anti aging clinics you will not find many Dr's that go over 200mg a week. 100 a week is average. 300mg a week long term could have some consequences.
having levels that low at 32 could be a sign of a larger problem.,... pituitary tumor, that kind of thing. might be worth seeing a dr.
When you had your test levels checked what where they
If you have to ask... you probably are not ready to do it yourself.
What's your test, LH and FSH level?
Woooooooof I recall the last time I tested my lh and fish they were in the low 1.something to 0.5 my endo stop testing those two like 3 1/2 years ago. When I asked he to test it like a year ago she smile and said " cute you been on TRT so long what's the point"
You need an endocrinologist, they will tell you what you need.
+1 If he doesn't know these simple answers he needs help from a trained professional.
Boom! Beat me to it.
