HGH question tightness in neck?

Does anyone on here taking HGH ever feel pain in the neck area? I feel tightness or sometimes muscle cramps on the sides of my neck muscles during the day just wondering if anyone else feels anything like this.
Im taking 3IU a day of somotropin just for anti aging.

Ive used a lot of HGH and never had that issue. Everyone is quite different though so sides can always vary.
Are you taking anything else? Do you directly train your neck?
na ive never experienced this.
I highly doubt it's the hgh. You're probably low on potassium and/or salt.
I sometimes get neck cramps here and there, for no apparent reason, but Stress can also be a contributing factor.
