+ 10 Free Testo! Considering TRT at low/norm T Test? How about a 300 ng/dl increase in test levels????

ad

Fancy a 300 ng/dl increase in test levels?

How about doing it in a few weeks, and mostly naturally at that? No steroids, no needles for life, no forgetting meds and feeling crap as a result...

I have noticed a number of people of various ages who clearly have lower than average total test levels that seem to be seeking out TRT over the past while. For some who feel terrible TRT can of course seem like a magic pill... but it really is not. So, I thought I would share some thoughts on lifestyle changes that might be worthy of investigation in advance of pursuing a medical route.

It is fact that diet/lifestyle is one of the primary factors that influences our testosterone production and plasma t test levels. Therefore it is logical to reflect on our lifestyle to see if there are changes we could investigate and/or implement that might help. Here are two dietary routes and 1 medical option that are now proven to raise testosterone levels naturally, so to speak. They could result in you seeing a 300+ng/dl increase in your currently below optimal t test levels.... yep 300 ng/dl!

1. Herbs

Withania somnifera also known as Indian Ginseng is a perennial herb that grows across Asia, throughout the middle an far east. As is often typical of these things, it's use has been documented across age old texts. However, in recent times it has been studied in a clinical environment.

The results of consumption of 300 mg of ashwagandha root extract twice daily, coupled with resistance training for 8 weeks (versus a placebo group) in 18-50 year olds are:
Almost double the strength increase over a placebo group (26kg versus 46kg)
Arm/bicep measurement increase 5.3cm versus 8.5cm
Total Testosteone increase of 18ng/dl versus the ashwagandha induced t testosterone increase of 96.2 ng/dl)!!!

2. Ketogenic Diet

Jacob Wilson and his crew compared the western diet to the ketogenic diet using isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets (same level of calories and same amount of protein) across 11 weeks in college students participating in weight training. The results are interesting...
As you can imagine, Lean Mass went up with the KD and WD, however lean mass kept increasing beyond week 10 in the KD group
Fat mass dropped more in the KD to -3.6kg
Strength and endurance increased the same across both the KD and WD
Most importantly, T test decreased by -36ng/dl in the WD group BUT increased by 118ng/dl in the KD group

4. Sildenafil Treatment

This is going to be controversial for some poor naysaying souls. So rather than discuss it, i will simply link to 2 studies proving efficacy. One study can help design an optimal dose and schedule for treatment (circa 30 days)

5. Oleuropein Food Supplementation

Oleuropein, a compound that is naturally found in olive oil has been shown to improve protein synthesis and has been show to massively increase serum testosterone levels in rats. The health benefits of diets that contain Oleuropein have been known for years (mediterranean diet). However, recently enough, researchers have isolated Oleuropein and shown it to increase testosterone in rats fed a very high protein diet by 250%. So, anything with proven ability for lypolisis, improved nitrogen retention/protein synthesis and a significant bump in testosterone is perhaps needs immediate consideration for both PCT and post-PCT therapies.

Something different- Free testosterone booster Tongkat Ali

Tongkat Ali, short and sweet, will boost free testosterone and liberate it from SHBG. As free testosterone is where the rubber meets the road, this should be a staple for EVERYONE, but especially those with low testosterone, high shbg, or are low-normal. It should be used on-cycle, post-cycle, and off cycle.

Look, let's be honest... these things might not help everybody. For example... if you have a complete primary failure then its off to the TRT Shop with you. However... low-normal people, ypu need to sit up and pay attention, because if there is a chance, isn't it better to try this (or similar avenues) rather than pursue TRT for life? These are merely 2 of the many things we could all look at to help improve test levels naturally, and indirectly to vastly improve our quality of life. It doesn't mean they are for everyone, doesnt mean they are permanent choices (unlike lifelong TRT) nor does it mean they are the only options. But, they are worthy of investigation given that they are proven, natural and both universally accessible and legal.

Bumping for Nattyboomba, re: tongkat Ali
Viagra is also a must

Nattyboomba's picture

Thanks for the bump. That viagra info is compelling. I had no idea it effected test production like that. It’s quite significant.

giardap's picture

Yep, it's so pronounced it can mess up trt a little.
Also good for pumps!

Makwa's picture

Along with a splitting headache and stuffy nose Lol

giardap's picture

half the dose.... half the dose......... I swear to god, one day Im going to start taking just half the dose!
lol

BJ's picture

I’ve tried some of those above, but thru trial & error I fancy this combo!

3000mg a day of Taurine
100mg a day of DHEA
1000mg a day of Citrulline Malate
Vitamin D3

Bumped for Jeff

Taten's picture

Zinc is also great Smile

GoonSquad's picture

What is a good dosage for Oleuropein, Tongkat Ali and Withania somnifera?

giardap's picture

Edited to add a couple of essentials....
Oleuropein for a great big dirty pile of testosterone and Tongkat Ali to liberate it from SHBG and increase free testo.

giardap's picture

Delish!!!

giardap's picture

Edited to add another treatment option, albeit a controversial one. The papers must be read to understand thrm, but... another ~100ng is possible and has been proven

giardap's picture

No worries dude. If it can help even just a small bit then its a good thing!

Makwa's picture

I tried the whole ashwagahnda root thing a while back. Didn't do squat for my low T symptoms. Didn't confirm anything with bloodwork while using it but my low T symptoms didn't go away until I actually started using testosterone. Keto diet...I can't do it.

giardap's picture

Id say you were probably in the cohort that have an irreversible issue Mak. Primary failure is not low-normal, therefore the info does not apply to you.

I read an interesting interview with Scally where he talks about that position.

At least you tried it and still got the right solution for you when you explored the testo

Makwa's picture

Yeah, my HTPA dried up on me. Basically zero LH/FSH and total test around 100ng/dl. No choice other than TRT. Tried all kinds of natural routes first but nothing worked.

giardap's picture

Yeah that's really the pount here the decision is made for you. Its a tough journey getting to that solution. I dont envy anyone that has to go through it.

Thr low normal/functional low is bad enough but complete failure is a terrible thing.

Dacky's picture

Yeap it happens eventually. That’s where I am basically with the exception of my excellent response to HCG but I can’t maintain LH/FSH numbers and I basically stopped responding to SERMS.

Fadogia agretis

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/16281088/

Blows up balls, raises testosterone. I went from mid 700’s to upper mid 900’s in 4 weeks without any other drugs som years back. I think it has to be cycled though (like 4 on 2 off, or 8&4, I’ve even heard of some cycling 4-5 days on 2-3 off). More research def needs to be done.

I’d have to ask my doc to dig up the bloods. I don’t think I have them but I can look.

BJ's picture

I just ordered some did you take the dose that’s on the bottle or something you came up with? I’ve been off TRT for a few months and I’m in the 200’s. I’m going to try it for a boost

DfromPhilly's picture

Yup I just took what was on the bottle. Whatever the serving was 3 times a day for 4 weeks. Then a week or two off then back on for 4, ect. Good luck man. Not sure how it works if ur nuts are fried but it’s certainly worth a shot. Let me know how it goes I’ll be very interested to find out.

BJ's picture

I just ordered two bottles. Everything is working fine it’s just my levels are real low. Will keep you posted. Going to be interesting to see if it changes my numbers; fingers crossed! I’m actually getting my blood work done again tomorrow right before I start the supplementation.

DfromPhilly's picture

I'm not gonna guarantee that it's gonna do the same for you, since we're all different, but it worked for me and it's too cheap to not at least give a shot. I used Barlowes, but any quality fadogia should at least blow your balls up and make you wanna fuck something lol.

DfromPhilly's picture

Oh, and Giardap asked me to dig the bloods up to confirm, but every time I remembered I wasn't by a computer. I found them (thank you OCD).

May 2014 baseline:

about a month and a half later in July 2014 after using fadogia:

DfromPhilly's picture

good shit. And yo shoot me a PM i'll send you the site where I got mine. It's cheap and effective and third party tested.

zeusmarada's picture

@DfromPhilly, did you use this while on TRT? (As in, is there anyway that you could've pinned a tad bit more test before that second blood test, etc?) Thanks for your time on this! I'm very curious about this myself.

DfromPhilly's picture

No sir. this was right before AAS. It was the last of me trying to see what I could do without it. (as blues clues is doing now)

I do use it on my 150 dose to keep the guys full though ;)

The Impastable's picture

You're doing it wrong bro, smaller balls fit in banana hammocks easier!

DfromPhilly's picture

lol! that's why they're all purple when I take it off?

zeusmarada's picture

You two are cracking me up. I gotta remember to not actively be drinking coffee when I log on, cuz my keyboard has repeatedly been WAY TOO CLOSE TO BEING BAPTIZED BY HOT COFFEE from me spitting it out from laughing. Fuckers. (I say this with mad respect, of course!) Thanks for a good laugh, indeed.

DfromPhilly's picture

That's good to hear boss. Always good to see someone with a level head and a good outlook on gear. Keep that shit up. +2

giardap's picture

Wow, thats impressive D. If you could confirm its a mid7-9 jump I'd appreciate it. No need to post bloods but ideally a decent steer on the achieved bump would be a great single case study result.

Mind if i add it to the general topic? It could help some folks out there...

DfromPhilly's picture

I’d have to dig for the results (which I will just for an exact number) but I can 100% confirm that. You don’t forget results like that lol. It was definitely 700’s to 900’s, I just can’t remember the following 2 digits. I’ll try to confirm those later today or when I get to work tomorrow.

And yes, you can totally add it. I obviously can’t claim that it will work that well for everyone, but it did for me. I’ve recommended it to people a bunch in real life too and no ones gotten back to me with numbers, but I’ve gotten positive feedback from the people that report back (always about libido and size of balls... about half the time they also report some added well being and energy).

As with any supplement, it may not work for everyone and make sure you get a quality product.

giardap's picture

Na sure look, the title of these things may as well be clickbait. But.... the point is, if we produce a combo or even singular options for people to test, its a positive. Someone some day will finally use the blue magnifying glass lol and they may find this! Being selfish about it, im building a to do list for myself. The possibility of a +400 bump instead of trt.... fk that, it speaks for itself.
Thanks man, all credit to you, ill write it in tomorrow when at laptop

Swampnuts4u's picture

Very nice read sir! Thanks for sharing.

giardap's picture

No worries!

Brickiemuscle's picture

cracking read. ive ordered some Indian Ginseng and will start running it straightaway. I'm a powerlifter and I cant say I'm keen on loosing weight as it effects my lifts. ive considered weight lose before mind. also added to my stack is d aspartic acid its to soon to tell if its working but it tastes like crap. loads of good studies on it.

giardap's picture

I tried D-a before with ZMA, on and off cycle. I think it is probably redundant if on cycle. I didn't notice anything when off cycle in terms of recovery or a boost of any type afterwards. That said, I didn't do bloods specifically to measure it.
If you experience a solid from the d-a I'd love to hear about it

yeah spot on, good luck with the I ginseng, I hope it goes well for you fella!!

Brickiemuscle's picture

im on right now but I'm hoping for a smooth pct with the help with these supplements. ok will do

Great post. I cant prove with bloods, but Ive been on a modified keto/low carb diet for close to 6 months and Ive never felt better. Dropped from 265ish to 225ish and havent sacrificed much if any muscle. No AAS support, just moderate protein, moderate fat, and low to no carb. Primarily organic non GMO whole foods.

Definitely feel difference in all things related to a higher testosterone. Again, no bloods to prove but results are obvious in day to day general feeling.

giardap's picture

I'd well believe it Sensei. The effect is hard to miss. How have you found the other changes now that your 6 months in? Clarity of mind, no brain fog, and improved mental/physical energy???

SenseiMiagi's picture

I've found improvements in all areas. I didnt get a "Keto Flu" transition as I was low carbing for several months prior to dropping them altogether. One of the most prominent changes has been lack of hunger. Ive been intermittent fasting as well a few times a week, and it's become very easy. Not being hungry has helped immensely in staying away from bad foods. I can more easily eat for function, and not needing to hold back raging hunger helps.

Mental clarity seem to be best during the late stages of my fast. I use caffeine in the AM, but dont need it honestly as the energy is there. I just like the pick me up before my AM workout. Brain fog sets in during the evening after I consume some cannabis Smile

giardap's picture

LOL

I was reading your post, holding my chin, nodding my head, thinking yep, right on, ditto, mm hmm, solid....
Then I hit that last sentence

lmao

Yup, Solid lol

Haha, just keeping it real!
