When coming off a heavy cycle with multiple compounds and going to TRT. What is the best way to do so? Should you stagger your test dose back down to TRT levels, just drop all other compounds? Do you need to increase AI? What is the best approach to keeping everything stable and adjust your body from being on high doses of multiple compounds, down to a just a therapeutic test dose?

Nothing wrong with tapering down.
Depends what you're running and which esters. Running a shit ton of deca or tren e I'd still run my cycle dose of test for a week after dropping 19-nors before going back to trt dose.
Short esters you'd be fine just to jump right into your trt dose but yeah with longer 19nors I'd keep my test higher until they clear out
Need a little background: Were you on TRT before this "heavy cycle"? If so, was this your first bast? Are you just going on TRT now?
