And yet another for TRT and over 40
I told a good old friend of mine about my cruise and blast regime. Anyways he was very interested in it. He is the same age as me (49). Unfortunately he has high blood pressure, mainly I suspect due 30 years worth of mind bending stress through his business. We go way back almost 40 years together and I would like to think that we have some good years left in us now that both our lives have become less stressful. I think he will be more inclined towards cruise than cruise and blast. I told him the first place he would need to start is by getting to work on his blood pressure by diet and exercise before considering anything else. He is a very determined guy and I have no doubt that he will put his mind and body to it to get it sorted. Any of you guys got any pointers for him? Bye the way this isn’t one of those stories where I make up a imaginary friend because I am frightened of making a fool out of myself (yeh you know the ones!).

I don't think he will go for HGH or Test just yet until he has seen more evidence but I'll be working on him!
tread-mWell whip your friend out here and lets have a look at him! Lol. If his bf% is not horrible I would say IMO begin light hrt at 2 iu's hgh and 50mg eod prop while taking bp meds and pound cardio like its ass on spring break along with a healthy diet. The hpg axis is lekely half of the problem in terms of decline and bp so personally I would correct that nice and slow following docs orders on bp and get to work. Theres no reason bhe cant have a new life in a year and then he may be motivated to start asking about blasts. That general info since I dont know his stats or any other health conditions but at that low of a level it can do nothing but help and motivate. Sometimes you just get too much stacked against you and it seems impossible to change and a little motivation by feeling better and having a mor ning woody etc may be just what he needs to get his life on track. You should talk him into coming on here, this is pretty motivatijg in itself.
I'll get some stats from him. I know he is quite keen to see how things go with me first. I don't mind playing guinea pig, after all I'm already started on the road so makes no difference to me. As I say will get some stats and get back to you. Also will see if I can get him to join the club.
tread-mGreat....trust me when I tell you, feels good to help a friend in this way . He will appreciate you more than he can know now.
