adding deca for shoulder and elbow pain
ad
i'm on 100mg/wk for trt. (phizer test cyp). i was thinking of running deca at 200mg/wk for 12 weeks to see if it helps with my chronic shoulder pain. i've had an mri, there is no visible tearing. anyone have any experience with this? should i up my test to the recommended 2:1 ratio? is that a high enough dose to worry about needing caber? is that dose high enough to see any results? any feedback or advice would be appreciated.

DionI use deca at 200mg for every cycle, regardless of cutting or bulk because of my joints. When im cuttimg I up my mast p by 100mg eod. Helps as a small anti-e as well.
I very much think it’s worth trying a TB500 (thymosin beta-4) . Its helped me last year to get ride of my upper back pain ( i had this problem for 2-3 years) .... I also had MRI , but there was not any visible tearing.
I used 2mg TB500 every day for 4 weeks , then 4mg a week for another 4 weeks . the pain is gone , and never come back ...
Also helped this year on my knee pain , i went to see a doctor , he told me i should get a corticosteroids injection . i said no thank you ... Ordered some TB500 , started to pin and 2 weeks after the first shoot started to feel the pain is going away ... after 4 weeks all pain gone
thx for the suggestion. i will try it for sure next time i experience symptoms. pm me a good source if you don't mind.
I have chronic shoulder and elbow pain. I was prescribed test 200mg a week and deca 200 a week, but found that 50 of the deca 2 times a week was plenty. It helped more than anything ever possibly could. Look for alflutop its great IMO and try to run deca in the winter months only at around 25-50 2 times a week. My shoulder pain is like a bursa or arthritis type pain. which is different from an actual injury where you are trying to mask a pain like you would with tylenol or medication. hope this helps.
thx! i did end up running deca at 100 mg/wk and did 20 days of alflutop. very happy with the results. shoulders feel better then they have in years, just a little sore in the left elbow, but very manageable.
Please search the net, there is better options than deca for that.
Turmeric, glucosamine, chondroitin for example
I've read it's better if you use a test to deca ratio of 2:1, otherwise you're risking some side effects that wifey won't like.
Deca will only mask your shoulder pain, not heal it. That can cause you more problems, since you will feel better and then lift more weight and potentially injure yourself more.
I would explore other options, since this would only be a band-aid solution.
Since you are in your 40's, have you thought about HGH? That can actually help solve your problem in some cases.
You should try Aflutop for joint pain. You have to go international to get it,but there is a few top sources here that have it.
i'm asking about caber, and there is no pct. i'm on trt as i have already stated.
Stats and current cycle layout... AI's, cabers?? PCT?? Give something to get something...
NO BRANDS IN OPEN FORUM READ THE RULES...
hmm sry, can't seem to edit it. was trying to be specific. there is no cycle, i said what i'm on and what i was intending. what info do you need to form an opinion.
So your telling me, you're on TRT, your having some joint problems and want to add deca? My advice would be go buy some glucosamine. I know it's not what you want to hear, but there's no reason really to add deca in until you tried some basic options first.... The glucosamine takes a couple weeks to start working, and just drop the weight, even 5-10 lbs will make a big differences. If you have pain during a set, STOP, do not finish your set, get up stretch and take off 15-20 lbs and proceed. If the pain persists after dropping the weight, maybe you need your form checked. Try this out and come back in a couple weeks, with some good news bro.
o.k. i see what kind of info you need. i'm 42. my injuries are from a life time of combat sports. judo from age 3, national level wrestling, kickboxing and boxing, and pro mma. owned a school and taught submision grappling for years. just retired last year due to the injuries. i'm on trt from pituitary damage. i'm not looking to gain any size or bulk, i have tried all the over the counter cures. i go to physio 3x a week to try and break up the scar tissue. i've never taken any steroid before this year, and i'm not dying to take more. i really just want to know if deca is really as effective as the lore for helping with joint pain.
