ad

Plan to run Test C 250mg & HGH 2iu longterm as maintenance while throwing a cycle or 2 of Eq in down the road. Before i run i'd like to know what lab work i should get before i jump in?
At the start I will just run test 250 to see how my body takes then introduce the HGH if all is good id like to bring the dosage up I know I'm getting ahead of myself but any suggestions, I know this is a marathon and not a sprint so I want to be as safe as possible while getting the most gains out of it......Oh yeah i have a full head of hair too I wouldn't like to see go if it doesn't need to. Thinking about Regaining it the fuck up! I wanted to run Primo but the hair loss made me choose Eq which i heard isn't as bad.

Why would you not go to doctor for this? Think about it. Wouldn't you want a doctor to monitor your levels? plus, then it would be totally legal. You're talking about a life long commitment to something that will require you to seek out illegal substances forever. What if it becomes harder to get? What if you can't get it. These are all things to think about. IMO, 250mg a week is not trt. Please reconsider this before you end up fucked up for life.

Listen mate, these lads are talking sense. I tried it with serious consequences. Just see a doctor think about what they say have your bloods done and avoid hospital. I am just waiting for my appointment.

You can do it after if you still want to.

Although it seems like your mind is made up and you are going to do this no matter what, I'll still give you my advice and you can do what you want with it.

Go to a doctor and tell them why you think you should be on TRT. If your symptoms and bloodwork show that you need it, the doctor will start you on an approved treatment. It's that simple.

I chose to start self medicating 3 years ago and I regret that I didn't do this through a doctor from the beginning. I was very knowledgeable before I started but I lacked was an objective 2nd opinion that only a trained doctor can give you. Like you, I wanted to do TRT, so I convinced myself that it was the best choice for me. I regret that I made that decision and if I could go back, I would've never started this without a doctor.

Most of the guys on eroids that chose to self medicate, regret that they did. Do some more research on the negatives and hopefully you will come to your senses.

DIY and HRT spells disaster.

Actually Aldo, Greg has a point not knowing why you want to start a HRT.

And Again I assumed you already had a confirmed lab test.

If you start this, without knowing where your levels actually are you would be doing more harm than good.

Start with the labs.

Labs would be Testosterone, Estrogen, FSH, LH, Prolactin,Cholesterol, a CBC (complete blood count).

I wouldn't want to have to mess with injections every week if I didn't have too.

You might wanna rethink this..............seriously !!!

frankiejo's picture

you have to do bloods first. Where is your testosterone at?

Age: 42
Height: 5'8''
Weight: 235

Why?
To lose weight?
Seems like an extreme plan right off the bat.

You should provide more detail on your BF% and history with training and diet.
Steroids is not a silver bullet and is a very small part of recompositioning yourself.

No, go see a doctor and get looked at, dont take it upon yourself because there are higher risks if it's not monitored. Like jail time, tig ole bitties, and blood soup e.t.c. and 250 a week is not hrt, its a cycle.

deepseadiver's picture

Actually 200 Mg Test Cyp a week is what doctors would prescribe, although it would bring your levels to between 900-1400 from my personal experience. the normal range being 400 - 800. In addition there is very real possibility of high estrogen levels causing problems, which is not good hence the Anastrozole or Novladex. Jail time doubtful, blood soup I have no idea what that even means. Not everyone has the money for doctors and even when they do most of them don't help us anyway. Just an educated 2 cents- But it's always better to see a profesional

IrishMack's picture

Without a script, everyone runs the risk of jailtime. Blood soup is the thickening of your blood which also happens on trt. I always preach bloodwork because test in itself will not harm you, but if you have underlying health issues it will aggravate heart attack, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, e.t.c. A physical and bloodwork will let you know if you are safe to use it or if you need hrt. We need a hell of a lot more info from the OP before we can just sign off on something that he might not even need. He is a truck driver so its safe to assume he has the money for a doctors trip. Also with being a truck driver, he may or may not have the time to get to the gym as much as he would like to so he will be sitting on his ass for hours at a time. The diet of a truck driver also sucks because you eat on the run and it certainly is not healthy food all the time. It could be a recipe for disaster.

Greg's picture

Going on a self prescribed TRT is not a good idea and can turn out to be a lifelong commitment.

You do not know this guy's reasons for taking this rather drastic action having never cycled before. You do not know his goals, or his history with diet or exercise. For all you know, based on his given height and weight he is overweight with a BF greater than 25% and he is looking for that "silver bullet".

If he has the money for AAS then he should have the money to see a doc. If not, he should be encouraged to provide more details as to what is going on so that we can better assist him in making a wise choice. Based on the limited info we currently have, it does not appear that he is making a wise choice.

So rather than "passively" signing off on the TRT plan, by debating subtle points Irishmack is well aware of, IMO, you should be trying to find out more about the poster's goals and reason for undertaking such a drastic plan.

-Just my educated 2 bits

What's your BF %

deepseadiver's picture

Usually they would do a base line.

Labs would be Testosterone, Estrogen, FSH, LH, Prolactin,Cholesterol, a CBC (complete blood count).

Check your blood pressure during and especially your hemotocrit every couple months.

If you donate blood they will check it for your for free, and usually do a health screen. It's a good deal--

I would add HCG 1x week at 1500 IU, and Deca at 100 Mg week. I wouldn't do the Eq first, primo is good too but it makes you hungry and it's expensive.

Have on hand anastezole or Novladex in case you need it. I have been on a script for years now PM me If you have questions, i'm happy to help.
