One of my friends mother is registered with the republican party, she's also worked as a volunteer for the republican party.
She makes about 30-40k a year, she was audited earlier this year. Stand by, it gets better. Her son who just got out of the Military as an E5 making between the range of jack and shit is also being audited. He's not registered with any party. There's no reason for him to be audited, he doesn't own a home, has 2 car payments that he barely can make and goes to school full time as well as works as a trainer part time.
Can anyone explain to me why he would be audited? I don't really need anyone to tell me why, i think we all know exactly why.
