A 1/3 goes to taxes (maybe more ). Leaves $150-200 mill.. I know where I would go with it.
I already have money with the company. I would buy more rental units. Start a real estate
company. Move to the Texas / Mexico area on the border. Run a small farm. something like that.

Quit my miserable job. Just workout 24/7 and party haha.

Then I'd go back to work.

Continue the life I'm already living, I will be picking up the tab a lot more often and taking a lot more people out. I already drive a '13 Benz so I'm good with my car, and house. Would probably take a lot of trips though, but I wouldn't do anything too over the top with my money, modesty is key. Plus it's in bad taste to be too reckless with your money.
I would still finish up college and continue on my career in the Military, as an officer.

Buy a shit ton of Bitcoins. Quit my job by just falling off the face of the earth and never calling or coming in to say I quit. Take my family away from the shit hole city we currently reside in. Buy every active eroids member some gear. Give BFG a hefty chunk of change to protect the site and make it even more bad ass! Buy a house somewhere so shady you'd think I was hiding. Spend at least the next 2 years just traveling. Get lions as guard dogs and live like Scar face while my money works for me. Arrange a fight with MAnny Pacqiou (I'll knock that little muthafucker out)! Do whatever the fuck I want!

i wouldnt do a damn thing for a few weeks, just sit back and take it all in and figure it out. i think the first thing i would do would be to set up trust funds for my kids, and take care of "some" family members. than i would buy some land, build a house, new car and new harley. ya know actually that would be the first thing i did, buy a new harley, i sold both of mine for custody fight and moving. kids were more imprtant than the bikes. but i miss them so much
