What movie have you seen that has left you most disturbed?

Touching on Ed's theme I figured I would throw out what movie did you see that left you just plain disturbed and wishing you hadn't saw it.
One of the first ones that really set me back was probably "Less than Zero". It starts out like any of the other brat pack movies of that era and goes straight into mind fuck..

The Last House On The Left (2009 version) i rented that movie and when those dudes starting raping that girl in the woods it bothered me so much that i didnt even want the movie in my house. I stopped it and took it back.
