Most aas will increase red blood cell count which is usually a good thing but if the blood is to thick it can cause circulation problems. Its not the fact that you're laying down, it more the fact that movement has halted, Iwould suggest a low dose asprin.

Shitz wierd uh? I woke up very morning and in the middle of the night with pins and needles all down the hand and arms. Now off cycle 2 months later it rarely happens.

All your fingers or just your thumb, pointer, and index? I had the same problem. Three of my fingers in my right hand were becoming increasingly numb. I was going to go see a doctor. I thought swelling/edema was cutting off blood flow to my hand, causing permanent nerve damage. Luckily, a few weeks later all symptoms began to resolve. Fingers only very lightly numb at tips. Still on cycle. Make sure you are taking enough AI to reduce the water retention. And try sleeping with your arm in different positions/elevations.

Also, when blood flow is cut off (ischemia) and then flows back in (reperfusion), a large amount of free radicals are created. These damage surrounding tissue. Antioxidants can help prevent this damge.
