Anyone who really pays attention can see that when he gives advice or drops his knowledge ,he is pouring his heart into it and taking time to be sure he is precise and clear! There is also a genuine caring attitude in his advice. There are a lot of people here who have the knowledge and experience to share but no one does it quite like Tread! You can tell that he cares!
