How do yall tell the girlfriend? I'm recently divorced, ready for my first cycle. She's about 10 years younger than I am, so I gotta keep up. Word.

There is no other way than just being honest and telling her straight-up. Beware, she'll make you wear gloves to prevent calluses and rough hands, lol.
Recently broke up with mine, can finally ditch the gloves and feel the raw bar again. Heaven...
I don't wear gloves now, and I wont for her. She says my callouses scratch her back nicely.
I never lied to my wife about you just gotta sit em down and tell them your goals and show that you know what your doing and odds are they wont care and if they disagree just tell her your man and you will do what you want
