+ 2 There is no excuse...

ad

...for guys on this website that look like they've never cycled when they say they're on their 2nd, 3rd or 4th cycle. I think I seen one dude on his 5th cycle who was built like a teenage girl. Not going to call anyone out but take a gander at the link below and then ask yourself "Am I utilizing my cycle properly?"

Bull shit, that video is really weird, and the guy also looks like a nancy boy, these people don't ave a clue..... Sad...

DBG's picture

yep...lol, I definitely see that.

And the sad part is that when they fail to make gains (after the 7th cycle) they blame the suppliers for selling bunk gear...lol.

How the hell did Charles Glass agree to work with this thing?

strongman480's picture

at least I'm not the only one that thinks this. I would take advice from viking or someone like him than some skinny dude. I saw a post a while back with this guy who said he had been cycling tren for 5 cycles and had less mass than me. I know diet is important but from what I've gathered about tren you could have a so so diet and still put on mass. things that make you go hmmm.

Nitti's picture

In terms of bodybuilding, I agree 100%. But it's not just bodybuilders here. I personally know people (I've done it as well) who have cycled with no intentions on gaining mass. There are plenty of athletes around here who use AAS for different reasons. Did Floyd landis use test to put on mass for a bodybuilding cycle? Or Fernando Vargas before he fought DeLahoya? He had to make weight at 154lbs. He ran a cycle. I've been in boxing gyms since I was 10. That was where I was introduced to AAS. The first few cycles I ran (and some I wouldn't call cycles) were with the intent on gaining strength, endurance, explosive fast twitch muscle power ,aggression etc. While I agree with the post in terms of bodybuilders, this is no bodybuilding site. If we all had the same goal i wouldn't have bothered with an opposing opinion but I come from the minority of AAS users. I'm only replying to your comment because you say you wouldn't want to take advice from someone you'd consider skinny. I spent most of my adult life fighting at super middleweight (168lbs) and light heavy (175). I'm pretty confident that I know what I'm talkin about when it comes to giving advice.

strongman480's picture

you are right. if I was asking someone how to make a weight class for a sport or if I was looking for all strength then I would take the advice from someone that is in that sport or has knowledge of how to get the desired result i'm looking for and yes this is not just a bodybuilding site. but if someone who has said that they are cycling to get bigger and this is how it should be done but then you look at them and you look more impressive then them. that's when you have to stop and ask your self "does this guy really know what he is talking about?" guess I should have made my self clear. I know a guy that is smaller than me and makes me look like a girl when we lift together. lol I'm on here to better my self in bodybuilding so when I look at diet and training and even cycles on here I'm looking for that edge in bodybuilding. now don't get me wrong I'll go in to the powerlifting and strongman area and look around because I believe that we all as athletes can learn from one another.

Nitti's picture

I understand. I also agree. I am and have been training as a bodybuilder for about 2 years now. I am by all means a rookie BBer but I'm an experienced vet when it forms to AAS. 8 years of using AAS along side my diet and training (which is much different than boxing but no less intense). So I believe we agree. It depends on the individual and its pretty easy to spot a phoney or a parrot around here. None the less when it comes to bodybuilders and AAS, you're 100% correct.
You'll find trt guys, athletes of all kind and Bbers (also athletes) on this site. Their goals don't necessarily reflect their knowledge

What did I just watch? was that a feminine guy with gyno or a girl.

ac89's picture

She looked pretty creepy. Also a little like the woman from the alien movies

There you have it!.. and the emphasis on food intake is very prevelant which seems to be every noobs downfall.

DBG's picture

LOL...I get sloppy with it sometimes. Skip a meal(have no choice..work) OR just get lazy and down some kind of protein shake concoction...or even hit up some fast food, haha. Been doing more of that lately because it is winter, runnin a bulker, and just testing out some theories of mine. Oh well...I KNOW better, but I am not perfect. I try VERY hard the rest of the time...and that is YEAR round!

ac89's picture

I love how you say test out theories of yours. I do the exact same thing. I get an idea in my head that makes sense then I start playing with it to see if I'm right.

DBG's picture

Yeah, basically play and cat and mouse with foods/diet. Basically I do things like this in the winter time when I am a lil' more loose with some food choices/times eating, etc.

Naaa. You had it right! Lol! Huge hog beasts....wannabees that think they know a cycle.

fast48's picture

I know right?! Im down 25 solid from broke elbows. I shall return! Lol!

DBG's picture

I was just thinking something similar to this the other day. I would NEVER take advice from someone that looks like a hot mess preaching diet this and diet that, and then I see pix of these people in the EBC looking like shit. Sorry to anyone here, I am not trying to be an asshole by saying that...I just think it is awfully conflicting of the proper use of a sound diet and compounds TOGETHER. Just my humble opinion Smile

House's picture

Oh yeah information can come from anyone. There is examples of what to do and what not to do definatly. This is why i listen and do my own research.
